My only real complaint is that I've been ordering food over the phone for years from this location & when i picked my food up it was ready... i just pay & leave. Now, starting about 7-8 months ago I order over the phone and have to wait for them to fix it. After the first two times I asked if they accept phone orders and the guy says yes but I've tried at least 3-4 more times & every time I have to wait. It defeats the purpose of calling in. I stopped tipping because of this.

Enjoy eating at Serop's for many years. My goto is the number 12 Gyro lite. Lamb, feta salad, and hummus.

I ordered a large item and got a small. I didn’t receive a $4.50 side item I paid for. On top of it, I’m tired of people checking the tip jar at the window and giving you dirty looks if there’s nothing in it. You’re handing bags out of a window- it’s not a tipped job. I really wish you’d give employees a raise and take the jars down. I’d much rather see the price of my food up front and not be coerced to tip everywhere because companies don’t want to pay their employees.
Update: I disagree with your response. If there is a tip jar, they expect it 100% of the time. Otherwise, they wouldn’t inspect the jar 2x just waiting to receive your food. Service declines. Give tipping culture a google search. People expect tips for everything now and it really shouldn’t be that way. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

I remember this place used to be Starbucks and now this is some weird Lebanese restaurant that has bad serving and nasty food, the lettuce was soggy ? and the food was cold this place needs to be fixed right or shut down y'all !!BEWARE!!

My sister and I split a chicken shawarma wrap. It was large enough to feed both of us. It was delicious. Clean dining room. Courteous service.

First time coming and the food is good. My only issue is that when I asked do they have vegan/plant based options the guy did not know what I was talking about. He then started talking about the types of meat selections they had. Which means I had to question the ingredients in everything I wanted to eat. I got the green beans in tomato sauce, egg plant in lemon juice with parsley and the lentils with wheat.

Lettuce in chicken shawarma went bad. I tried to call and tell them and the manager basically told me they don't serve soggy lettuce and he was slammed with 20 orders. He was very rude, won't be going
