Very good Greek option downtown Baton Rouge! I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. The chicken shawarma plate is my favorite since you get the feta cheese salad, hummus, rice pilaf, chicken, and a cup of Grecian sauce.

We found this place by accident and were surprised with some of the best Greek & Lebanese food we’ve ever had! The grape leaves were amazing, Grecian sauce was perfect, and the spinach pie was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and generous. The guy behind the line knew everyone who walked through the door (always a good sign where there are many regulars). DEFINITELY come here. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I'm blown away. Went to Serop's for the first time today and I know I'll be back repeatedly. Ordered a lebanese tea (lightly sweet and floral) and the 4 side plate: hummus (smooth and creamy with rich tahini flavor), mujadra (perfect texture and spiciness), chicken shawarma (moist and tender), and cucumber, tomato, onion salad (light, tangy, & crisp).Truly tastes like the Syrian home cooking I grew up with. On top of everything else, the service was absolutely lovely. Cannot recommend Serop's enough!

One word, "craveable". The selection is amazing, you could literally eat here every day for a month and not have the same meal twice. Everything is awesome. Great service and super friendly folks. Definitely a great spot to grab lunch.

No frills, diner-like space with hot-off-the-serving-line Middle Eastern food. All of it good if not exceptional, except the price which is very reasonable. Well worth a visit if you find yourself in downtown Baton Rouge at lunchtime.

The server was friendly and casual. He jested my companion about coming to a Greek Cafe and getting the macaroni ... grin.Good economical quick meal. Close enough to walk from capitol bergen committee

Stopped by for once and enjoyed the food so much, my friend and I didn't think to get photos! We had the eggplant, hummus, green beans, chicken shawarma, lamb gyro, and spicy onions respectively. It came with pita and a sauce on the side. We were given good portions for pretty cheap. Definitely recommend it all. My friend Loves the eggplant - "Seasoned perfect, cooked well, and soft enough to pick up but not fall apart."Then we tried the lentil soup. Reminds me of how my granma used to make it. Has a hint of spice. My friend took some to her boss and he just downed it.
