Me and mom stopped by and were very happy with our meals! She had a burger & a strawberry milkshake and I got a chicken sandwich with a strawberry lemonade. All of which was delish! Also, the crinkle fries were piping hot and crispy, chef's kiss!

Giving it a one star because this particular store amazingly enough, seems to never have what you want. You wanted a hot dog? Oh they're out of hotdogs. I brought a friend here once and it was only midday, yet they had somehow run out of French fries. Idk what they have going on, but they need to figure it out.

It's high price. The flavor is good but you really can't say it's worth $10 without fries and a drink. The staff was ok but not very helpful, Chick Fil-A has definitely better customer service.

Not sure why this place has a 3.8 star rating. But I like that food is not overly expensive. It will fill you up but not to the point where you can't move. The limited time Dubai chocolate shake was a real treat with the pistachios. Decent portion size. Prices reasonable. It felt fresh

One Star ā Absolutely Unacceptable Service and Attitude
Iāve been to many Shake Shack locations and have always had a consistent, positive experienceāuntil now. I ordered a cheeseburger and was shocked when it arrived with nothing on it but cheese. No lettuce, no pickles, no tomatoānothing. Just a plain patty with cheese on a bun.
When I politely asked about it, expecting a simple fix, I was instead met with a rude, dismissive response. They told me that this is how their cheeseburgers come and that they did ānothing wrong.ā No apology, no offer to remake it. The staff couldnāt have cared less and were flat-out rude about the entire situation.
This isnāt just bad serviceāitās lazy, unprofessional, and totally out of line with what Shake Shack usually stands for. If this is how this location chooses to operate, I wonāt be coming back, and I suggest others think twice before wasting their time and money here.

The burger overall was really good. My husband added the crispy onions to his and he loved them! We will be back. For the price - you do get what you pay for. The food is fresh and cooked when you order it, juicy meats, etc. When you want a good burger - this is our new place.
