None of the employees seem very happy to be there. The fries were outstanding and the mushroom burger (vegetarian) was not very good.

My family & I went to get a quick bite & hoping to see anything new. We saw their sign of selling onion rings, but unfortunately they ran out. Hopefully next time. We each had our own choice of burgers. We used their kiosk, which is much more convenient if you're paying w/ card. I ordered the avocado chicken burger, while others customized their regular burgers. We shared between the regular fries & cheese fries. Everything was hot and delicious. I forgot to take pictures after eating everything lol.

Ordered the box cheeseburgers and box fries. The cheeseburgers were delicious and served with the lettuce, tomatoes and onions on the side. I am so impressed with the quality and service from this restaurant. I will be ordering again soon!

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich to go from Shake Shack, and when I got home, I found that it was completely burned. The bread was black and hard, making it impossible to eat. It’s really disappointing that there wasn’t more care taken in preparing and checking the order before giving it to the customer. I hope they improve the quality and attention in the kitchen because this experience was very disappointing.

This was my first time going to the shake shack.
Absolutely love it. Customer Service was off the chart, you felt very welcomed walking in the door and walking out.
I ordered the Shake shack burger, man was it delicious. I will definitely be returning!

My banana pudding shake was not thick at all. I would have loved it to be thick.

I had a shack stack and garlic Parmesan cheese fries with a small fountain drink and it ended up being $20 for one person. The food was fresh and hot and it was delicious - it was just the price that really caught me off guard.

The staff were kind and attentive, and quick. I really hope they’re getting and recognized for their efforts for how much the food costs.

I’ll be back but not any time soon sadly.
