I decided to try it since it has a drive thru. I got a dozen donut holes. They were very cold and all stuck together with the glaze so old it had mostly flaked off into the bag. It is advertised hot and fresh donuts until 10am, but that definitely was not the case. I do not recommend wasting your money. Just go down the street to Racetrac for some Krispy Kreme donuts instead. I couldn't finish these because of how bad they were.

I remember Shirley's from my childhood so was excited to find one still operating.
The ham and cheese Kolache was a big disappointment. The buttermilk cake donut was good. Overall, you really can't recapture some moments from your past.

Avoid this place. They only had one person working (which is fine they were not busy) but they were out nearly every doughnut we asked about. The ones we ended up getting were unbelievably stale. Also there were tons of mice outside the building running around that we noticed after the fact.

Went on a whim after a friend mentioned they used to have a donut called poptastic? They didn’t have it when I went but the worker, I can’t recall exactly but the name started with a D, told me of many different donuts similar to what I was looking for! That worker had great customer service and I will definitely be becoming a regular at that location just for them.
Donuts were great. Coffee was hot. Destiny was super nice and provided great service.

We were craving a good donut this morning. We saw that Shipley’s was ranked #2 best donuts in Baton Rouge. We were so disappointed. Never again. Both our chocolate iced donuts were COLD. Not even a slight bit warm. The two glazed ones we got were warm because we got there before 10. We will not be returning. So disappointed
