Went yesterday, but it wasn’t my first time going. Employees are always friendly, nice & polite. There’s never a long line when I go thru the drive-thru.
So happy to find a donut shop that stays open past noon. Heads up, only the drive thru! Donuts were good, coffee a little too strong for my taste. Drive thru employee was a little curt but overall pretty good

Went this morning at 11am to sit inside with my partner and our daughter before beginning birthday celebrations. The lobby was supposed to be open until 12pm but they closed it an hour early with no explanation. We went through the drive through and they didn’t have chocolate donut holes, no strawberry donuts or donut holes, no cinnamon rolls, no cinnamon twists, pretty much everything my spouse wanted they didn’t have and it was only 11am. We sat in the parking lot and ate the donuts but they were ice cold and definitely not as fresh as they could have been. Normally I don’t leave reviews but I felt like we should have just drove away and went somewhere else.

The service here was very poor. It took them around 8 minutes to give me the stuff I ordered, normally it would take less time.

Looking for a great donut? Don't pass up Shipley Do-Nuts! These are no-muss, no-fuss delightfully delicious donuts. Being from the East Coast, I'm a Dunkin' gal, but the closest one to Baton Rouge is quite a ways away. Shipley donuts do not disappoint and (dare I say it) might even be better than Dunkin' (gasp!). Their specialty seemed to be filled bear-claw type donuts, but being a child, I had a chocolate sprinkle donut and had to mindfully tell myself to not eat in one bite. The staff were super friendly and patient with me while I decided on my delectable treat. The location is convenient to get to and there is a drive-thru for those on the go. I didn't try the coffee, but plan to next time!

Kolaches are not the best and not a lot of meat. (I only came for kolaches)Chocolate milk is 4$. Service was good and didn't take long.

Not worth the trip.Donuts were greasy and not fluffy like they are supposed to be.Made me feel sick.As a customer I'm not pleased with the overall product that was purchased.The owner also talked down to all of the cashier's who worked under himIn a demeaning mannerThe way the owner carries himself is a very unprofessional manner in general10/10 don't recommend
