Everything!! I’m not usually a fan of cake or cupcakes. But THESE, omg. I’ll hurt myself on these things. I have a few clients that randomly bring me cupcakes from here. They’re delicious! I’ll never turn one down.
Went today and got a variety of cupcakes and some small cookies. All of it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Small Cakes is hands down the best bakery around! Their king cakes are absolutely delicious—perfectly soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. And their cupcakes? Simply amazing! Every flavor we’ve tried has been moist and packed with flavor. On top of that, the service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. If you’re looking for top-quality treats and amazing customer service from an owner that cares, Small Cakes on Highland is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Run, don’t walk, because we only have one week of king cake season left, and the king cake croissants from this Smallcakes are the best thing I’ve had this season!! The croissant is huge and homemade—crisp on the outside, buttery and flaky inside. The icing is almondy. They are addicting together. Will be back daily while they’re here!

Absolutely amazing desserts. Y’all, if you haven’t tried their king cake you are missing out. As a native of NOLA, having tried almost every king cake there is, hands down the best out there. The staff is wonderful and the owner goes out of her way to make you know she appreciates your business. Give them a try for your next king cake (or just cupcakes) you will thank me later for the honest recommendation!

The red velvet cupcake and the 24 carats ice cream was to die for!! OMG so good I’m mad I didn’t get a dozen of those red velvet!! I’ll definitely be back!!

From our wedding cake to cupcakes for our son’s birthday…..Smallcakes has always been amazing! The staff is very friendly and the owner is awesome! People were fighting over our wedding cake to take pieces home!!! The cupcakes from today were awesome! Super moist and full of flavor! Ohhhhhh and our dogs LOVED the pup cakes! ❤️ We will never go anywhere but Smallcakes on Highland!

The best cupcakes I’ve ever had!! The service was amazing. I wanted 2 that they were out of out front. They immediately made them for me. It was almost closing time and the owner said to a customer that just walked in- as long as I’m here we are open. Told her not to rush .
The cupcakes are delicious! And HUGE! Easily sharable.
