Was on the road running errands. Swung by and they said closed due to cater job understaffed. Not cool. They need to hire people and get things together IMO

Fred, made it a great experience.
As an out of towner here for work, I definitely appreciated the friendly and timely service. I walked up ready to order and was informed of the online orders only. As I'm in the process of ordering, I'm offered a meal on Fred due to the time constraints before closing and when the online orders are no longer accepted. Needless to say I definitely recommend the food and the location to anyone travelling through Baton Rouge.

One of the BEST burgers I have ever had. We have never been to a Smalls Sliders, so glad we decided to try it. The sauce is super yummy, and the seasoning on the frys is perfection. Entire family loved it!
Also, the customer service was great! They were super nice and professional!

Posted opening time is 10 am for this location. Pulled in to druve thru at 20:02 and no one came on intercomm. After a couple of minutes, i pulled around to the walkup window. Again, no one was there. You need to update your hours online

This location is supposed to close at 11 PM, but I got here at 10:45 and they wouldn't take my order. This isn't a sit down restaurant, it's a drive through. Sort it out.

First time at this location as I usually go to Nicholson or Siegen. I arrive at 10:45 at the drive thru.
Employee: Welcome to Smalls. I’m cleaning the grill right now.
Me: Can I not place an order?
Employee: I’m cleaning the grill so I can’t take orders right now.
Me: Oh, are yall just closing early tonight?
Employee: No, but you have to wait til I’m done if you want.
Me: Do you know how long the wait will be? (keeping in mind they are scheduled to close in 14 minutes now)
Employee: No this is my first time cleaning the grill.
Me: …. okay? I’ll just go somewhere else

Such weird communication. If you were hoping no one else would show up and started cleaning the restaurant early, just say you’re closing up from the get go. Don’t force a confusing back and forth wasting someone else’s time.

Slow times for a place with a double drive-thru. Burgers are greasy! Reminds me of a messier version of Krystal Burger. Liked their take on waffle fries.

Service was fantastic! Experienced a small issue with the app and Michael Boyle corrected the issue himself and delivered our food personally. 10/10 recommend! Food is fantastic.

I submitted feedback via email. We love smalls - the closest thing to a homemade burger quick. And the queso is 🤤 but the delivery has been poor. I have ordered delivery twice in the last week and one order was missing the drink and queso and now this most recent order was missing the queso. Kind of sucks to pay for something you’re not getting (and craving). Might want to inform management at your Willis location.
