I submitted feedback via email. We love smalls - the closest thing to a homemade burger quick. And the queso is š¤¤ but the delivery has been poor. I have ordered delivery twice in the last week and one order was missing the drink and queso and now this most recent order was missing the queso. Kind of sucks to pay for something youāre not getting (and craving). Might want to inform management at your Willis location.

Waited 45 minutes to get my orders. We only had one car in front of us. When we got to the window we said we would pay when the order is ready since it had been so long. They said they had a bunch of online orders and āwe could have done roll out of we felt like thatā since we asked how long it would take. Never got my food! We rolled out since thatās what they wanted. Multiple cars left before us, but we tried.

Been coming here since it first opened. Back then there were great employees that were kind and very helpful. Food was great and never had a problem. Now they get new employees that always look pissed off, and they love to get your order wrong. They also do not allow you to pick up food from the drive thru if you ordered on the app, which is absolutely stupid. I sat in that line for 15 mins, got to the window and the very rude lady would not hand me my food. It was literally right next to her. She made me go to the window for it. Will never go there again. The denham location is far better with customer service. Sad too, I used to consider this place to have as good of service as chick fil a. Hiring people like that will def change it
How are you supposed to get any business you dont ever answer the phone? was going to purchase a big order for a baby shower but couldn't get anyone on the phone bad sales movement !!

My husband and I got their number 2 and 3 combos. I upgraded mine to be double patties with cheese and substituted regular fries for their queso fries. We got a lemonade and the Cookie Smonster shake as our drinks. For $28 it was a great deal, though our slider patties were quite small. One of them was about 1/3 the size of the bun. The queso was good and similar to rotel dip. It was a little grainy, but fresh. The fries had a great seasoning to them. The wait was about 8minutes with three customers ahead of us. Overall, we enjoyed it and will be back!
Parking: Thereās parking right in front of smalls and around it since itās near a strip mall and shares the parking lot.
