The employee who took our order was very professional and helpful. I didn’t get his name but he has worked there for 8 years. While waiting for my order I heard treat other customers the same. He has a great attitude and I feel he represents the business very well.

The customer service was nice, but the food was not a good experience. The fries were not very good, and the burger kinda looked undercooked in some areas. I don’t think I’ll be going back here, especially for how expensive it is.

The lady who took my order was very nice. Great customer service! The guy from the kitchen came to the front and scooped ice into his used cup. He then kept tapping the ice down with the scoop. That's nasty. Burger was excellent! Teach the cook about proper food handling, please.
