This was my first visit to any Smashburger, and while waiting, the menu was a little difficult to read, and I really couldn't decide. I hopped on the online menu and decided to just star with a basic order. I was honest with the very friendly employee that it was my first time, and this excited her! The first thing she told me was that I could order a single (this wasn't clear on the menu, and was very good to know!) So I just got an OG dressed, side of regular fries, and a drink. She also told me free refills if I needed! All staff working had smiles and were super friendly with everyone who ordered. Although it was a super busy pre-Christmas shopping day, no one was upset to be there. Loved it! Everything was made fresh at the time of order, so it did take a little time. Again, it was also a busy day. But when it was ready, I grabbed my bag of food and headed to find a seat. Everything was wrapped very neatly and there was no mess in the bag. They threw in lots of extra napkins too, and that proved to be needed! Everything was perfectly cooked, none of the veggies fell off the burger as I ate it, and the juices flowed perfectly. This was my first fast food meal in about 6 months, and it hit the spot! This will remain a top option should I return to the mall and end up needing a good meal. They also have healthier items than their beef - chicken, turkey, and black bean burger options are available too.

The burgers are big. juicy and delicious! The fries are great! The servers are very friendly and helpful! One of the servers cheered me up! But, the service is so slow! Be sure you have 10 minutes or more to wait on your food! Cheese was melty and the burgers are made to order, but you definitely need some patience!

I enjoyed it, and it filled me up half way through it. I added avocado to mine and it made it somewhat a rich taste.

This place is not closed and is located in the Louisiana Mall food court. The standard burgers and sides. The service was friendly and decently fast. They also offer a gluten free bun option. Prices standard for a fast food outlet.

FREDDIE.mans is the best. It was our first time, I didn’t know what to get, but then Freddie came in and saved the day.We wanted a burger, and in the most friendly yet clear and considerate manner, he gave us the best recommendation.He was energetic, kind, communicative, beautiful, direct, quick, and an overall amazing component of our first Smashburger experience.I’m going to suggest this specific location to all my Louisiana friends just because of how amazing we were treated by Freddie.Give my boy a raise.Thank you for hiring this amazing and qualified individual.
I don't remember the cook and cashiers name but I came in today around 3:30 and they were both amazing I work at the canes across from this place and those two has great service and my food was amazing will be coming back!!

If you no longer eat beef but still want a burger, try Smashburger's turkey burgers! They are delicious! The fries are great as well! I like the taste of the rosemary and olive oil seasoning!
