I have resided in the Park Forest since 2012 and I did not know that this dining treasure was in my neighborhood. Now that I have discovered The Smokey Watson I can’t get enough of their food. I order the oxtails plate with double baked beans every Wednesday and sometimes on Saturday. I haven't had good beef ribs since I worked in Texas a few years ago. I've been craving them for a while now. When I found out they did them here on Saturdays, it became a personal mission to come try them. I got a beef rib plate with mustard greens and the smoked mac n cheese. The first bites sent me to another dimension! When I was done i had to check and make sure my socks were still on! My new favorite BBQ spot in Louisiana
