If I could give a Zero ⭐ I would. Do NOT go to the Coursey location. They are super slow and if they tell you to pull around there is a high chance they will forget to make your order. Other than that, they made it seem as if my order was an inconvenience and never even apologized.

Hoy por primera vez fui a visitar Smoothie King, al llegar a la tienda a las 8pm estaba cerrada, por lo que procedí a ir por el drive thru, al momento de revisar el menú, le pedi a la chica que me preguntó que quería (sin darme la bienvenida) que me diera un momento mientras revisaba las opciones, al estar listo, le indiqué cuál era la bebida y como no pude pronunciarla perfecta, la chica se estaba riendo de mí junto a otro compañero, cuando cambié mi tono de voz, me pidieron que me acercara a la ventana, y aun en mi presencia la chica se rió de mi en varias oportunidades, sin ni siquiera tener la cortesía de mostrarme opciones, tuve que buscar el menu en google y mostrarle cual era la bebida que quería. Me parece una falta de respeto y un acto discriminatorio, ya que en todos mis años que he hecho reseñas de restaurantes, los califico con la mayor prudencia, y más aún me parece denigrante porque tengo más de 15años trabajando con atención al público y atención al cliente, he trabajado en restaurantes, corporaciones, y aún lo sigo haciendo en la actualidad trabajando con doordash, y mantengo un record impecable, porque al momento de trabajar con público, independiente la actitud de el cliente, nunca se deben perder los estribos. Aparte que la bebida estaba con grumos. Así que mi primera experiencia en smoothie King, no fue la más agradable. Más bien le hago un llamado de atención a la gerencia, para que entrene mejor a su personal. Nota: tengo mi recibo, por si quieren comprobar que estuve allí.

I bring my son here once a week . There is a young lady that works (wish I knew here name) here that always gives us the warmest greetings , going as far as asking him "how his school day went"? I go in , just to see her , the customer service is stellar and the smoothies are always on point.
I took my 2 daughters for the first time I asked K Ridley what would she recommend for kids their 1st time. She recommended a watermelon lemonade 20 add tart cherries my kids loved it. I would highly recommend this establishment very clean and the employees there were very knowledgeable, courteous, polite and fast. Great job Smoothie King

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without a single greeting at this location before pulling off. 1 car in the parking lot, no customers in store and I was the only car in drive thru. What an awesome way to start the morning.
NEVER WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH COURSEY BLVD LOCATION OR THERE INCOMPATIBLE RUDE UNCARING STAFF!!! On April 29th I ordered 4 smoothies using the smoothe king app, 40$ worth to be exact, they contract door dash to do there delivery NOT ME yet when that person pick my order up and never delivered it, I was told it was my problem not theres and rufuse to remake for free or refund my money! Instead appeartly its my responsibility to call door dash!?Helpful -0 about as helpful as a baby seal in the middle of a shark feeding freenzyLove this -0 they should be shut down! Far to many others had same experience

Just left after watching employees make my smoothie in drive thru and persist to goof around and talk with each other without ever coming to the window. They were just gossiping about people and could hear them but not see them. I waited for 10 minutes before I had to leave without ever paying or getting a smoothie as I have an appointment. I am sad that I wasted my time coming here and now I have to skip lunch because I do not have time to stop somewhere else. There was a line of cars behind me as well.

i love this smoothie king. they have the best customer service ever and even know my drink order. hahah probably because i go there so much. super friendly. sometimes during the day they are short staffed so be patient with your order.
