I've been visiting this location for a few months now, but unfortunately, there have been a few instances where they've made mistakes with my order despite me clearly mentioning my allergies and dietary restrictions. These errors resulted in me having adverse reactions to the food. When I asked them to replace the order, they accused me of only providing them with cups of water.

Only rated 1 because 0 isn't an option! NEVER WASTE TIME OR MONEY WITH COURSEY BLVD LOCATION OR THERE INCOMPATIBLE RUDE UNCARING STAFF!!! On April 29th I ordered 4 smoothies 40$ worth to be exact, they contract door dash to do there delivery NOT ME yet when that person pick my order up and new delivered it, I was told the want remake for free or refund my money! Instead appeartly its my responsibility to call door dash!?

Everyone on the weekly day shift is very kind, attentive, patient & gets the orders taken & smoothies out in a timely manner. I always enjoy going to this particular Smoothie King.

The staff is friendly and courteous and answers my questions in the drive thru. I may need protein one day and energy the next. They always ask If I need any extras. The site is also convenient. Wonderful Place!

TERRIBLE service. We waited 35 minutes after ordering to receive our 4 smoothies, AND WE DIDN'T EVEN GET ALL OF THE SMOOTHIES THAT WE ORDERED. Gave me the wrong size for one of my smoothies and shorted us one. What should have been a quick trip for a healthy lunch turned out to make us late for our son's soccer game and one of us didn't even get anything. Complete incompetence for nearly $30 spent and not much of anything to show for it.

I love Smoothie King but the service at this location was terrible. I was the only customer and there were 4 employees and it took almost 10 minutes to make my drink. Meanwhile, the employees were goofing off inside while I waited in the drive thru.
