I just tried to order a smoothie for my five-year-old who was in the car with me and I was verbally assaulted at the drive-through. Not an exaggeration. I have worked in the service industry for almost 20 years and I don’t think I’ve ever had someone scream at me and be that condescending. I will never go to this location again. The staff is aggressive and it is not safe. I don’t usually leave reviews for anything, but this experience was so bizarre I felt like I have to do something.

They didn’t have the smoothie I usually get )it was discontinued) they quickly helped me find a similar smoothie. He even let me taste it to make sure I liked it.

Every time we come to town I like to get a smoothie. 2 out the last 3 visits. This location is extremely rude. I always try to order a smoothie bowl and they always “are not making smoothie bowls.” However today’s visit was the worst. After sitting in line behind 5 vehicles (very slow moving) I was told this same comment, but followed by “we’re making smoothies” in the rudest, most aggressive tone. I told them “ I don’t want anything from you.” I visit SK weekly and this by far is the worst location. I’ve left my feedback before for this location on the survey offered. Something needs to change. Customer service is terrible and I will not return.

RUDE and extremely short with me. i tried ordering a smoothie bowl and she claimed “we not making them right now” but the person in front of me got one handed to them in the car! i’ve gotten attitude several times here. also it always takes forever at this location. i’ll be only going to the one on arlington creek from now on

Waited 3 minutes in the rain, window down, for someone to answer the drive-thru window. The whole time the back door of the location was open, I could hear people inside laughing and cutting up. Had to repeat my order 3 times (in the rain), then she asked what was my base, first time anyone has asked me that! I have been to this location well over 100x's. Over the past months the service has gotten worse and worse. Finally drove off without making an order (Chocolate Gladiator w/peanut butter and banana) and will never be back. This place needs management and probably a new owner.

I visit this location for the pass year every morning. The last few months my smoothies have been very watery, no taste and rushed. I informed two co- workers and still nothing was done. I will not continue wasting my money on water down smoothies.

I used to be satisfied with the service, but now the staff on Friday noon is terribly below any standard. Not only the lady taking orders is absolutely insufferable but they’ll gladly cut your smoothie with water to expedite the command. Last time I’ll come to this location until they’ll do something with these employees.

10050 Burbank is the BEST location in Baton Rouge! ALWAYS great smoothies and the young ladies are always nice and courteous! I live on the other side of town and will pass 2 or 3 other Smoothie Kings to come to this location. The other 3 locations I have visited Harding, Government, and Arlington Creek locations all equally unfriendly service, quality of smoothie not good, and wrong order! To the management at 10050 Bluebonnet thanks for employing an awesome team and training them the correct way to make a smoothie!

They make the most delicious smoothies and we're so nice in correcting my smoothie done by another Smoothie King that made a smoothie for me and left out most of the ingredients.I will always buy my smoothies from the Burbank location.Again, thank you for being so kind.Pamela Savini

Stopped in to try their new Smoothie Bow. The staff was courteous and efficient. It took some time to make it which was expected and was good but not worth the price. I'll be sticking with Smoothies.

Not sure how you can mess up a strawberry banana smoothie, but that was single handedly one of the worst smoothies i’ve ever had. It tasted like ice and protein. Also asked to sub the coconut water for almond milk (been doing it at smoothie king for 4 years and it has never been a problem) and they said they couldn’t do it. will not be returning to this location.
