They’re not making the smoothies correctly. The customer service remains TERRIBLE. The employees do not know how to interact properly. I am done with this place but kept coming — each time either a smoothie tasted like it was missing ingredients/flavors or the employees were just weird. The Newer white kid that works there needs to learn professionalism.

This is bad.. even for sub par fast-ish food standards.. it took us almost 25 min to get 2 drinks which we had to be asked 3 times what we ordered (honestly everyone in the store looked super high), and then when we finally got them, they both tasted like some type of cleaning solution. Needless to say, this was an absolute embarrassment of the brand name and if I were SK, I would scrutinize the owners heavily. Barring some unimaginable event, I will never return to this location. Once again... Tropical Smoothie reigns supreme! PSA: Smoothie King is now officially the TEMU of the smoothie world.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK I came through the drivethru yesterday and the service was terrible the lady that took my order was very cold and short with me. When I let the lady at the window know my smoothie was short she got visibly aggressive and I was able to catch her put ice in my smoothie INSTEAD of remaking it like she offered.

1st off I don’t like that they make you pull up like the fast food restaurants do. Last week I ordered a PB swizzle bowl. I received the bowl Bananas, strawberries, and blueberries for all rotten. When I went back into the store to ask them to remake it, they tried to serve me the same spoiled fruit. I asked them did they have any fresh fruit and all three of the ladies behind the counter said no. So I asked for a refund. They immediately told me that they did not do refunds and that they can only remake the bowl. So I asked for a manager. They told me that they could not get in contact with their manager that they have been trying to get in contact with her all that day. I asked them why are they serving rotten fruit to people and they said that’s all that they had that they were trying to get in touch with their supervisor to get fresh fruit. Do not go to this location. This is the second time I have been there and something’s wrong with my smoothie. They also serve rotten fruit to people that is disgusting. This location needs to be shut down. I will be contacting the department of food, health and safety and reporting them.
