Waiting at drive through for 15 minutes parked vehicle went inside. Had to yell to get attendant attention from being in the back. Extremely blaring music!! Then I was politely told she couldn’t hear me. Now 20 minutes later. I have my smoothie!

I might be picky but if they open at 9am shouldn’t they be ready by 9am and not make ppl wait until they are ready. I’ve opened a couple restaurants and it seems this smoothie king always has the same ppl open and it’s always the same outcome

I ordered a smoothie bowl today and it was made wrong so I asked the guy to fix it properly.. he proceeded to roll his eyes and half way fix the bowl correctly.. so I got out of the driveway and went inside for a remake because the quality and portions were completely wrong and he was extremely rude about it.. I asked the other workers would they make my order since he couldn’t and NO ONE TRIED TO HELP ME

This is my go to location. The staff is always friendly & I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered. Until last Saturday.. I love the Smoothie bowls & I order them a few times a week. This particular bowl was garbage..the smoothie part tasted like frozen ice water, it had no flavor whatsoever. And there were 2 large pieces of banana. It was obvious whoever made it didn't know what they were doing. I don't normally talk bad about places but I called there several times & no one answered. I left a message for a manager to call me back & nothing. Nobody tried to rectify the problem. That's just not how you do business.
