This is my go to location. The staff is always friendly & I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered. Until last Saturday.. I love the Smoothie bowls & I order them a few times a week. This particular bowl was garbage..the smoothie part tasted like frozen ice water, it had no flavor whatsoever. And there were 2 large pieces of banana. It was obvious whoever made it didn't know what they were doing. I don't normally talk bad about places but I called there several times & no one answered. I left a message for a manager to call me back & nothing. Nobody tried to rectify the problem. That's just not how you do business.

Air quality inside this store is horrific sorry for the workers that tolerate the known STALE mold inside, get it together, you've got Great workers,great smoothies,I came inside the highland location came out,I had a headache for 5 days....

This place is disgusting, I went here and saw a roach laying on the floor. Bananas were also expired . Please don’t attend this place ever.

I give it a 4star. I love smoothie king!! I wasn’t a big fan of the fruit bowls. The shredded coconut, seems like it was frozen and so it was dry. But the drinks are amazing. I don’t have anything against this smoothie king. I just had bowls from here for the first time and yeah it wasn’t that good. GREAT PEOPLE, Very patient, and environment is pretty dang clean .

This location, hands down, is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to. There were 2 young women and a young man. I was the only customer in the building, there were customers in the drive thru. I walked to the register and neither one of the girls that were in the front acknowledged me. Finally I ordered. It took them 20 minutes to fix 2 smoothies. One being kid sized. I watched them walk to the back twice to talk. The whole 20 or so minutes I was the ONLY customer inside. It’s so very clear they do not value customer service. I usually let things roll off my shoulder but this was unacceptable.
I have seen this smoothie king location go from ok to absolutely horrible in the last couple years. Today took the cake, I put in an online order and showed up to get it at the estimated time. Instead of any type of greeting the guy said "what did you want?" After I had just stood there staring at him for a couple minutes. I told him I was there for my online order and watched him call someone else who sorted through about 20 orders that were neglected. After another 20 minutes of waiting I realized their lunch was all over the customer area,and nobody had their hair covered or contained in any way. They finally got my smoothies and all 4 of them are NOT up to smoothie king standard. I worked at smoothie king for a few years and this is not what the expectation is. Its sad to see the standards have lowered that much with training.
