Took a very long time for us to get our smoothie (small angel food with blueberry’s Greek yogurt and muscle builder) and they forgot multiple ingredients there was mystery brown liquid in and out of the drink very Icy left a bad taste in my mouth and watch out for the curb on the exit because I damaged my car driving on the invisible curb this for 9$ I wouldn’t even pay 1 cent

Its a chain so they are more or less all the same visually. The Burbank location scores big points on customer service, speed, and the most consistent products of most locations I've been too. My personal favorite is the banana boat, add peanut butter and blueberries. The PB Swizzle bowls are awesome as well. Check them out if you're on Burbank & Lee Drive.

*HAIR IN FOOD WARNING*. As a regular customer at this specific location, I order the same thing every time I come. The bowl sizes have been inconsistent every time I order. If I sub a topping, there is no additional toppings of whatever I replace. Today, after I have eaten half my bowl, there is a hair in my acai. How do I know it’s not mine? In my spoon scoop, the hair is in the middle of my acai.. meaning my hair did not just happen to fall in the bowl.
I will no longer be returning to this location. I would rather spend my money elsewhere where the food is consistent and health regulated.
