I have been enjoying their services for several years;.however, my most recent experience wasnāt as successful. I usually order thru the app but this time the drive thru got my order wrong. A vanilla vs strawberry shredder. I do not encourage the vanilla as it is more powdered tasteless. I did however try calling, no one returned my voicemail. I reached out online to submit a direct message with no response in 5 days. When I was able to go back into the store, no manager was available. So I left my info to be contacted. The staff (Z) was friendly enough to give me my original request with no hesitation after providing him my transaction. I will continue to order here, but proceed with caution when ordering at the drive thru.
Parking: The drive thru lane is very narrow, but to walk in is not far.

The worst smoothie king Iāve ever been to. We were the only people in the drive through line an hour and a half before close, and we waited five minutes before a payment was even taken. We could see a girl inside just on her phone. We ordered the pineapple kale and pineapple surf and when we finally get our smoothes, one tasted like a strawberry milkshake and the other tasted like collagen and water. I take them inside and tell them they are the wrong ones and Asia R just looked at me and asked what I ordered (even though there was no one else in the store or drive thru and she just made them). Did not even offer to re make them. I told her I wanted a refund and I got it, but the lack of customer service and order accuracy was some of the worst Iāve experienced anywhere in my life. Extremely disappointing that with two people working neither one was polite or even just doing their job correctly.

Donāt fall for the weekly āspecialsā they will rip you off by not being honest about the prices. Itās just a regular smoothie and they will charge you extra per ingredient. I told them I would have gotten something else and employees did not care. Tired to talk to the manager but she was very rude

Idk who made my smoothie tonight, but it was wonderfully made!! It was a simple Caribbean Way. I've visited so many SK's around the BR area and the smoothies have NOT been consistent. Either not blended well or watered down. My smoothie from the Perkins road location was A++ with service & quality! Thanks girls!š„¤š¤©āØļø
