This was my first trip to smoothie king and probably my last at least to this location all three of the employees could not have been less interested in helping me. When I explained I had never been in before so I wasn’t sure what size I just wanted the size and pointed at the cup….
They were clearly annoyed with me me and gave me 2/3 of the cup full. Not impressed at all

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how impressed I’ve been with the changes at this location recently—and it’s all thanks to the new manager, Jaycie. In just the last few weeks, there’s been a noticeable difference in the energy, the cleanliness, and the overall experience. You can feel the shift the moment you walk in.
Jaycie is professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure every guest feels seen and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who not only takes pride in their work but also uplifts everyone around them. You can tell she leads by example, and the whole team seems more motivated and organized because of her.
It’s refreshing and inspiring to see a manager who truly cares—about the business, the staff, and the customers. Keep up the amazing work, Jaycie. Your leadership is making a real difference in the community.

I ordered through the app and picked up through the drive thru. The employee was nice and polite, however, my smoothie was terrible. It was not very blended to the point that I could only drink some of it since I didn't have a spoon to eat what wouldn't fit through a straw (some of the ice and bananas didn't look blended at all). I do not recommend this location.

I love coming to this smoothie king location!! The workers are so kind and always smiling. The smoothie I get everyday always tastes the same no matter who prepares it and the shop is very clean! Love this place, the employees, and their consistent service!
I don’t usually do reviews but, this local smoothie king location on Perkins Rd in Baton Rouge has repeatedly provided outstanding customer service. I visit this location several times a week and management/staff is always friendly and professional. The store is always clean and the staff is always smiling.

Idk who made my smoothie tonight, but it was wonderfully made!! It was a simple Caribbean Way. I've visited so many SK's around the BR area and the smoothies have NOT been consistent. Either not blended well or watered down. My smoothie from the Perkins road location was A++ with service & quality! Thanks girls!🥤🤩✨️
