Whoever was working on 7th April 2024 and 0800 needs to be fired. They completely got my order wrong and did not substitute in anything that I said. It pisses me off cuz she had already made me late for work and now she made my morning bad. Manager, take control of your employees.

The young man who served my niece and I was very nice and polite!! He had great customer service!! His name is Mason and I want to thank him for being so kind!! I hope the good workers don't have to suffer for the bad ones!!
Look I know I did not see it happen buuuut I got 2 of the same flavors but different sizes. Well they messed up and gave me 2 20oz instead of 1 20oz and 1 32oz. Soooo I showed them the receipt and they said okay pull around to the front and I'll bring you another one. It seem very likely because of the lack in flavor of the "new" one that they just reblended the 20oz with more ice and put it in a bigger cup. 1 the cup wasn't full and 2 the flavor was definitely less than the first. So sad that this was their fix for what they messed up!
