I went here after placing an order online. When I went to pick it up, they were sitting on the counter in the to go section. The consistency was very loose and not how a smoothie should be from smoothie king. There wasn't enough ice or they were out too long. I picked up my order at the estimated time. There were two little 2 boys working there. I asked him if he could remake them because the consistency was not what it should have been. They both gave me attitude and kept asking what was wrong with it when I told them multiple times already. Then one of them threw the smoothies away with an attitude. No one apologized or treated me like a paying customer. One of them remade it after making me wait and ignoring me after throwing it away. I have never been treated like that at any other smoothie king. Very distasteful, sassy, and unprofessional.

I drive an extra 10 minutes most morning padding 2 other stores just to come to this one. The staff that works in the morning are top tier. I absolutely LOVE coming to this location.

This was my first time at the Airline location and it was great! Connor & Donnie were working this morning! Both were amazingly helpful, offered great service, and were quick! I was in and out! For that, I’ll always return to the Smoothie King on Airline! Thank you Connor and Donnie.

Had a great experience today! I hadn't been to a Smoothie King in awhile and was unfamiliar with the new (to me) menu. Donney asked me about what I liked and gladly provided several recommendations for me. I went with the Activator (with some modification, thanks for suggesting blueberry!) and it was fabulous. The smoothie came out quickly and tasted great. Everyone working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Will be back.
