Person at the register was super friendly and helpful. As I waited for my order I heard someone behind the counter SCREAM “Hey” at me and they were holding my order. According to the store personnel that contacted me afterwards, it wasn’t a team member that screamed at me, it was a customer. It seems as though you guys were trying to get my attention and when that failed you encouraged another customer to address me, rudely at that. For future, maybe just sit the smoothie and the ticket on the counter, and the customers will eventually figure out that it’s theirs. Nobody goes to smoothie king to get screamed at, whether it be a team member or another customer. It’s only a smoothie.

Terrible service , very slow, seems like nobody knew what they were doing. Smoothies were loose like water and fruit bowl had no granola and fruit tasted spoiled. Will never come to this one again. Need to be shutdown.

Great experience at this location! I don’t frequent Smoothie places but had a craving. Since I’m not a regular, I don’t know what’s on the menu. The staff were so friendly and asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for. Incredibly knowledgeable and he helped guide me towards a lower carb option which turned out amazing - and I got it so fast. Great work!

If I could rate this location a 1 star I would. I went to get a smoothie on my birthday. The person who took my order had great customer service. I placed my order at 8:30 AM, however, I did not get my smoothie until 8:50 AM. There were customers who place their order after me but received their smoothie before I did. I heard the staff say someone had taken my smoothie and they did not see the ticket for it. No one communicated about why it was taking so long to receive my smoothie. I will never visit this location again!!!!!

The employee was rude and unfriendly. We came in at 8:25p and they close at 9p. She was sitting in the lobby on her phone, and acted like she was so inconvenienced when we came in. She didn’t greet us and was very impatient when taking my order. She didn’t identify which smoothie was which, just put them on the counter and turned her back.

My daughter and I went in to Smoothie King at 5:57am 8/ 4/2022, after our morning workout. The open sign was on, the lights were on, and the door was open. We walked in and the toning lady said "oh we ain't open." I asked her what time would they open and she replied "I don't know, I have to finish setting up and I'm the only one here." I explained to her about the open sign being on and the door being opened and she said nothing! We walked out and she turned off the open sign, turned off the lights, and locked the door behind us. I felt it to be quite rude and very unwelcoming. I sat in the parking lot until they opened at 6:09. I asked the young lady for her name and she said "I don't have to give you my name! I don't care if you write a review, I don't need this job!!" I told her if that's the case go home. I asked for help from the other young lady that walked in to work and she ignored me. Never have I ever experienced such incompetence in workers at Smoothie King! I am beyond disappointed in the customer service!
