7 pm today. I need the manager to see this. Roll the camera! I was at the window placing an order. The lady began to take my order and she stopped communicating. I waited. And said hello several times. No one answered. I went to the door and it was locked. The two employees were inside doing nothing .. just chit chatting. I knocked on the door and kindly asked them to take my order. Why was the door locked? Is the inside now closed? Anyway, I walked up to the window and knocked they both looked at me for a long period of time and did nothing. Then one girl pointed at me and told the girl taking orders to come. She opened the window and said she couldn’t hear me very rudely. I told her I needed to place an order …so I did. I drove around to get my car to pick up from the window as it was raining outside. She gave me the drinks I said thank you and she slammed the window closed. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or say Thank you. She just rolled her eyes and slammed the window. This was the worst customer service ever! Customers shouldn’t have to be disrespected, ignored or feel as if they are bothering employees. Please have a training on customer service or fix the staff at this location. Thank you.

They are horrible and have a nasty attitude. Made my smoothie bowl and had the end of the banana on there. Barely had anything in it. I eat these bowls all the time and this was lazy.

made an online order for 1 smoothie which was not ready when I arrived even though I arrived 10 minutes after the estimated time. I had to then go inside and wait another 10 minutes for it to be made. There wasn't even any customers ahead of me!!

Disappointed that I could not try the coco pitaya yah bowl because the associate said the chocolate drizzle was “hard” and would not be drizzled on the bowl as advertised. I asked did it need to be softened but apparently it’s too hard. Will go to another location to try this bowl. I still ordered two others. The pb swizzle and bee berry sting.

My recent experience with Smoothie King was incredibly disappointing and frustrating, to say the least. Despite being a loyal customer who frequently places orders through the app, my latest encounter left me feeling utterly dissatisfied and disillusioned with the level of service provided.Upon arriving at the designated location to pick up my order, I was met with a shocking revelation: the employee informed me that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes before my order could be fulfilled. This came as a complete surprise, as I had placed my order well in advance through the app, expecting it to be ready for pickup upon my arrival. The lack of preparation and foresight on the part of the staff was both baffling and unacceptable.Faced with the prospect of waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my order, I made the decision to cancel it altogether. However, what ensued only compounded my frustration. When I requested to cancel the order, the employee informed me that she did not know how to process cancellations. This admission of incompetence was alarming and indicative of a severe lack of training and oversight within the establishment.Seeking a solution, I inquired if there was anyone else present who could assist with the cancellation process. To my dismay, the response I received was equally disheartening: the general manager was not on-site, and therefore, the order could not be cancelled. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic operational efficiency was nothing short of unacceptable.As a result of this woefully mismanaged situation, I have lost all faith in the professionalism and competence of this particular Smoothie King location. The utter lack of accountability and preparedness displayed by the staff reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole and raises serious concerns about the standards upheld by the management.In conclusion, I will not be returning to this location, nor will I be patronizing Smoothie King in the future. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call to the management team, prompting them to reevaluate their practices and invest in comprehensive training for their employees. Customers deserve better than the subpar service and unprofessionalism I encountered, and until significant improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: They can’t get anything right including the fake email. I’ll be reaching out to corporate.

Ghetto and unprofessional. I asked them for a particular smoothie bowl but I don’t want everything on there . The low cut blonde hair , brown skin lady gone come to the mic and say “what all you want to take off because your doing too much”. I found that distasteful and unprofessional. Because you’re not going to speak to me like that . Some them need to be retrained especially that bald head one (I don’t know her name )

Placed a delivery order directly thru smoothie king app. Received estimated delivery time 2:45pm. At 3pm still haven't received. Called the store to check the status, they did not see the order told me I have to call doordash after me explaining that I placed the order directly thru smoothie king app. Now 3:52pm still no order, no call back even after getting my phone number and telling me they would give me a call back. Even willing to give the order # that the person did not want to take said it wasn't needed. On top of that I tipped.
