This is the third time the same employee—an older lady—has refused to follow my request for a pickup order. Instead of having it placed in the pickup area as instructed, she keeps putting it in the freezer. Then she tells me to come through the drive-through and wait in my car.
When I asked again, she told me to “find another location,” saying, “Your order is ready” and “This Florida Blvd, I’m in here alone.” If safety is her concern, that’s understandable—but this morning she wasn’t alone.
This is the only location where I consistently experience this kind of problem, and it’s unacceptable. I expect the pickup process to be handled correctly and respectfully, just like every other location manages to do.
Attitude just terrible, just put in the proper location so I can grab and go!

They stop taking orders at 7pm but close at 8 pm and they will ignore you if they see you trying to get their attention

Pulled to the drive through at 8:09 I’m the only customer in the drive thru. The girl got on the intercom and said “we on a 30min break can you come back in 30mins” what kinda service is that bruh? 😒

This location is a No for me. The staff was horrible, not friendly at all. Definitely felt the vibe when me and my daughter walked in. Staff definitely need some customer service training.
Very upset I usually come to this location . This is the second time they gave me a very lumpy shake like crunching on ice an powder . Ridiculous just blend longer . For the price I just ask for my smoothie to atleast be smooth

The workers were horrible, no energy. It took them 8 mins to give me change, then smoothie was way too lose. I ask for refund , I paid cash they say it can only go on my card. Remake was in slow motion thing is no customers was there I was only one. Manager need to hire ppl who have energy n follow instructions on how to make smoothie. If it’s one u drink alot customer know how it’s suppose to taste. Offered me to come bk Monday, why am I inconvienced for my cash that I just gave u .

It really matters who makes the smoothies i see, sometimes they taste good and others times like today is a pure waste of money ...i basically have a cup of pink ice... Ill never come to this one again

I’m new to area so trying different places. I had an issue and was unsure how to handle. Chasity reached out and fixed the problem immediately. Outstanding service! She has exceptional customer service skills and she will be my reason for going back each time.

Every single time I visit this particular location, my orders are NEVER correct, the employees make up weird rules of their own that I'm sure the company doesn't stand behind( i.e. closing early or locking the lobby). This location desperately needs a complete employee overhaul immediately! I refuse to spend another cent of my hard earned money here nor visit location ever again! Smoothie lovers avoid this location at all cost!!!

The smoothie was good as always.
The staff were extremely unfriendly. Not even a smile. The manager was very arrogant and disrespectful and this is in the middle of the day at 2:00 p.m.
When I walked in the store, I almost had to close my ears the music was blaring extremely loud. I could not hear or understand anything that the server was saying other than see her lips moving.
I asked a simple question about how many grams of protein would be added if I included the boost. The order taker did not know and had to speak to the manager on her headset and they could not hear or understand each other (maybe they should turn the music down).
I ended up changing my order just to avoid having any type of conversation because it was impossible.
The manager was extremely rude and she just waived her hand away gesturing to basically go away. That is despicable and unacceptabl and extremely unprofessional.
The place was filthy; the glass, the floors, and the seats. Everything was nasty. How does the health department keep this place open?
In the midst of all of this, I walked out and I never scannedy rewards app and never got points for my 44 oz drink.
I know for a fact that I will never step foot in this Smoothie King again.
