Poor customer service. Company lacks effective communication skills. It has come to my notice that several parking spaces are not marked correctly, which is causing confusion among drivers and may lead to inefficient use of the parking area. I kindly request that you review the marking of the parking spaces at your earliest convenience and take the necessary steps to rectify this issue. Properly marked spaces will enhance the usability of the parking lot and ensure a smoother experience for all visitors. Snowball quality is not the same.

Menu is misleading, it says stuffed snoballs with cheesecake or ice cream and I ordered that and it was just cheesecake flavoring

I went to this stand for the first time today and it was awesome! The workers were great, the snowball was even better, and my nachos we full like I wanted them to be. Overall a 11/10 experience! Will be back in the future!
