Maybe it’s how I ordered but I’m from the Nola area and I didn’t like this snowball. It’s 7 dollars plus but it’s dry not juicy at all. I don’t know why they have a line.

The worst strawberry cheesecake wasn't tasty at all! WORST WORST WORST ATTEMPT EVER. Also bbq burger was high & dry there was no juice in it nowhere I'm convinced it was cooked the prior day .. so I'm not sure why the wait was so long $15 wasted LITERALLY I won't be returning or referring.. it's already overrated atp

My snowball was perfect, and the price was average and fair. The employee was professional and friendly. The drive-thru was an appreciated perk since the sweltering heat was an unwelcome and uncontrollable addition to the experience. ?

I was looking for a snowball stand and stumbled upon Snow Queen on Google. I called prior to going to ensure they accepted credit cards and they did. It wasn't far from where I was located and when I pulled up, there was a line. They come to your car window and take your order. I don't know if this is always the case, as it looked like there was a window you could walk up to; however, this was super convenient. It was a young girl taking orders and she was very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. I opted for a 12 oz strawberry cheesecake/strawberry snowball with condensed cream because I just wanted to try it, prior to leaving for a flight. It was plenty. The flavors were bold and not watery tasting, and the snowball was filled with just enough juice. I also enjoyed the condensed milk and the prices were reasonable. They have a lot of flavors and size options too. There are additional menu items as well. Overall, Snow Queens did not disappoint. From the setup of their snowball stand, the service, and the taste of the snowball, everything was 10/10. I highly recommend them!

I go here basically every other day, customer service is ALWAYS wonderful sno balls are so juicy great price for the quantity and quality, the food is wonderful and I love the shaved ice alone, so soft and always greeted with a smile!!!! I'll forever support you All!!!! It's Always A pleasure!!!! My little lady at the window is always so sweet never anything less than professional and always greeted with a smile!!!!! I support my Black Owned Businesses!!!! I just left from getting my daily fix, lol see you guys tomorrow!! ?

Awful location!!! Vehicles are in the road while they're waiting no overhead at the window when it's raining. Service is very slow & staff is not the friendliest. Plus my snowball had too much juice that spilled all on my door.
