Ordered the food on the app. When we got there the food was lukewarm, the pretzels were burnt, the bacon queso wraps were overcooked and almost too hard to chew. They're one redeeming quality was the Strawberry Shortcake snowball slush. It was delicious. They also forgot my cheese sauce. I was disappointed.

We order two large oreoblast with extra oreo. When the lady arrived to the car, the ice cream was dripping down the side. She took them back and wiped them because she didn't bring napkins to the car with the order. Once we got home, we realized that we did not have extra oreos. I call the 1 800 number. Filed a complaint? Was supposed to get a call back within 24 hours. I'm still waiting on the call. Why charge for extra oreos? And not put extra oreos in both.

My wife placed an order on the app for this location. It took at least 30 minutes or better to get two combos, then on top of it both were wrong..didn’t bother to try to get it corrected because I didn’t have another hour to wait but no better than to ever come back

I had a grilled cheese and a chocolate shake the grilled cheese is like eating a piece of cardboard and surprisingly big chocolate shake was not very good that day either and there was thrash all around on the ground

WORST customer service for night shift. I wasn’t satisfied with how my footlong looked or smelled so I ask for them to make it over. And I made sure I pinched the corner of the hotdog off to see if it was cooked before I sent it back. They gave me the same hot dog with more chill and cheese on it. I told the young lady this is the same hot dog and she said that she was going to get her manager. She came back with a receipt saying that the manager refunded me back but I didn’t ask for a refund and the young lady told me that the cook in there said he wasn’t making it over. I asked if she could get the manager to come; the manager came and took the footlong back to get remade. And they tried to charge me for the footlong again and I told the young lady I’m not paying for this again when I didn’t ask for a refund in the first place. So I asked for the manager and the manager came out and I was telling asking her why do I have to pay for this again if I didn’t ask for a refund to begin with. She gon tell me that’s just how it is ma’am and I was telling her that I just wanted it to be made over not a refund and I said well yall can take this back cause I’m not paying for this again when I didn’t ask for a refund in the first place. Corporate will be called in the morning and I’m reporting them. Also I WILL be going up there to speak with the day manager in the morning to report the night manager because she was so unprofessional about the situation. I’m so upset because I was on my 30min lunch and had to go back to work with no food.

I had to sit and wait for 20+ minutes last night to get my food! I had already paid & when the girl came out the first time , she did not have my food. she brought me back my card and left in someone’s car, nobody communicated with me about anything. i had to press the button to talk to someone twice about my order! then when someone else finally came out , all she had in her hand was my drink & not everything i ordered, instead of them telling me from the jump that they were waiting on something. i spent $9 for nothing!! yall need to do better.

Perfect place for us homeless to take naps, stay out the sun…why? Because mfers don’t want to work and it says open but they closed. Smh. Poor management just shut it down…
