Placed an order through the mobile app and when I got there I checked in on the app. The drive up screen showed that I checked in and said my food would be out soon. After a few minutes I pushed the button and told them I was there to pick up a mobile order and gave my name. He stated they didn’t have an order for me. I then confirmed the address with him and he said they didn’t have it. I was referred to the app to cancel and get a refund since of course it was paid for. There wasn’t an offer to remake the order.

Great service! They said the order would be right out, and everything came right out, even after ordering we sat out in the car to eat, and they came back on the order device to ask if we needed anything else, they gave us extra onions, and bought out a fork, and extra napkins with no additional charge, very polite young man took our order.This location rocks! chick filet eat your heart out, Sonic is standing side by side with your customer service???

Pleasantly surprised by this location. Let’s face it, quality of service in the Baton Rouge area is awful across the board. This location surprised me. Food came out very quickly and was perfect. Car hop was very friendly. Job well done guys!

The worst sonic I’ve ever been to i’ve came here multiple times, and maybe only once I’ve actually received my order in a timely matter with no issues, and I think it was only because it was a mobile order. Every time you go, you have to drive around at least once to find an open stall with an actual working ordering system. Once you’ve finally find an open one, please expect them to take 15+ minutes before they even acknowledge you. Workers are always just sitting outside on their phones, talking or smoking. & have one person bringing out orders every 15/20 minutes. This establishment needs to be shut down or taken over by new management. They’re just refusing to comply with the bare minimum standards of a fast food chain. P.S. you have cash they will not even if they do, they will not give you your change back. I have actually once left without my food because I was not about to give this person a five dollar tip after waiting a good 45 minutes between ordering and actually receiving my food that wasn’t even freshly made
