I pulled in to place an order at around 10 pm , there seemed to be only one worker. He took my order and made everything i ordered promptly. His service was excellent and professional. He needs to be noticed here.

Was in a hurry and did not know what we wanted. We ended up getting a foot long chili dog and a cheeseburger w/fries. We split a route 44 root beer.

I ordered a sonic cheeseburger and added chili. The burger was so cold the cheese didn't even melt and they barely put any chili on it. The patty tasted old. I ordered a small fry, the fries were stale and cold. Ordered a medium ocean water and it was filled to the top with ice. The only good item ordered was the vanilla shake. I will never ever go back to this location and I would not recommend this location to anyone. I ordered on the app while I was in the parking lot, there's no excuse to be served old food and a drink with barely anything in the cup. $13 down the drain! At least the shake was a bday reward and free. So disappointed, this was supposed to be my dinner and now I'll be surprised if I don't end up sick. I couldn't even finish the food it was disgusting. The staff should be ashamed for serving this to people!

Everyone on staff besides the manager it seemed (wearing black) was playing around in the restaurant, I kept repeating myself several times as if the lady taking my order couldnât hear me, although I was looking straight through the building at them horse playing and on their phones, laughing, and giggling. They really need to take their job seriously. Completely ridiculous, that the Sonic, Taco Bell, & McDonaldâs on Hooper Rd. Are they same way with their employees.
We went. We ate ice-cream. It was good. The service was average like most places now a days.
Horrible service. Never took my order. I even went to another spot in case it wasnât working & they still never came.
The atmosphere was kind of off, And maybe it's just today. I do love the Sonic, and I just pulled up for a shake and I know that they're busy I've been there and I've done that. But they've had me waiting over 20 minutes and they bring me a shake that is no longer a shake, it has now became milk at this point
The cherry couldn't even stand lol đ point being is there seem to be lack of staff w very few car hops available, that seem to be picking up a lot of extra slack to make sure to deliver all the food with all the customers at one time. She did go all the way back inside remake me an entire shake and brought it out And it was too perfection so I give her that!
This is the worst sonic I believe n Louisiana every time u go here its shit the food and the services mainly the management it sucks all around they will b closing the doors on this place soon with services like this. When u say something their famous words r go somewhere else

This sonic has quick service and great fresh tater tots.
New management better get their trash under control. None of the neighbors near this location want to deal with your trash. Plus now you're getting rid of the cats that lived in the back that controlled the rodent population since your nasty store is unable to take care of itself.

Iâm also seeing other Google reviews with the same feedback. Why isnât the owner doing something about this? I pulled into a stall, pressed the button, waited 10 minutes, pressed the button again, and then waited another 10 minutes. Nobody ever came to assist me. I eventually ended up leaving. It was not busy and there were only a few other vehicles. The car next to us said they had a mobile order and had been waiting 20 minutes. Donât plan on taking a lunch from something important to go here. Prepare to spend an hour playing âIs it my turn yet?â

Would rate it a zero if it would let me. My red button was pressed for over 15 mins with no answer with only 2 cars there. Finally, I got out and asked a worker (later to be named as Rece) who I had noticed talking in the car two stalls down from me for the last 6 mins, if the machines were working. Rece stated some were and some weren't, but she would come take my order in a minute. After a couple mins, she politely came and took my order in person. I ordered 4 combo meals, 2 kids meals, and 1 chicken sandwich. The order was immediately placed in the system and confirmed by me on the screen (apparently rhe machine was working just no one wanted to answer). I waited for an hour before any food was brought out. When she brought it out I gave her $100 and she went to get my change. As I checked the bag, I noticed I had nothing but chili cheese tots, no burgers for my combos at all. When she was told she said "oh I may have put things in another bag let me go check." After a minute, another guy came up and asked what was wrong with my burgers. I told him I didn't get them. I told him what was missing and he said he would be back. After waiting another 20 minutes, I walked to the door to ask about the status of my burgers, I noticed 4- 5 employees all huddled together just talking, not working on any line. I was rudely told I had to wait my turn that there were orders ahead of me. I immediately stated I wanted my money back and didn't need the food anymore since I had waited long enough. They refused to give me my money back. I had to ask 4 times for money back. Once my money was returned, I walked out the door back towards my car to remove myself from their space. Unfortunately, Rece, decided she was going to rage towards my car screaming "you gonna give us our food back for other people." She tried to pass me up to get in my car and I immediately raised my voice to let her know I would be happy to give her the food back but she was not going to rage my personal vehicle, which my 3 children were in, with her issue. She began cussing at me and screaming profanity. The food was returned, I'm sure to give to someone else as she stated. Sorry to my community. Total unprofessionalism, extreme rudeness, unwillingness to serve customers, inappropriate language, and down right disgust since they will serve that food to someone else. In looking at the other reviews now, I see it's a common theme. Won't eat there any more!
