Just bought a shake from here and I can say it has been one of my worst fast food experiences, mostly the food. I bought a cookie dough shake and it doesn’t taste anything close to it, it tastes like slightly old shake and It had peanut butter mix ins in it. Waiting time wasn’t the worst but I can say I most likely wouldn’t be buying a shake again.

I went on my late night munchie run and was very disappointed. I was trying to verify my order and the guy was definitely not helping by not answering my questions clearly and didn’t even know what drink I was asking for. Then we get the food and there’s no Oreo in the shake, no sweet top on the lemonade, and the food and drinks were very messy and tasted very below mid. Would not recommend but the dirty Dr Pepper was pretty good.

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Gave up and left.

Service has dropped significantly over the past year. 25 minutes to get someone to take my order then another 10 minutes to order 2 items. Second time I waited 20 minutes and pressed the button to order several times and it just turned off.

The service is inexcusable especially for a fast food establishment.

My wife and I have been coming to sonic since we were in high school but finally decided this is the last time. The last 3-5 times we have been here have consisted of the worst customer experiences that I have experienced at any fast food restaurant, and I just can’t justify going here anymore. As of now, the Sonic’s in BR have no redeeming qualities or reasons to choose them over literally anyone else. I don’t see how these locations will continue to stay alive like this. Good luck sonic, I hope you figure it out.

Suppose to be fast food...why have I been sitting here for 15 minutes when everyone around me has gotten food and left when they got here after me?? It doesn't take that long to make chicken fingers🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Waited 20 min for a person to take my order. Had to leave due to order not being taken. Employees did not even acknowledge us. Terrible service. We were the only customers there. This kind of service will make a spot go down quick

I pulled in and was told they couldn’t take orders. No rhyme, no reason. It is 9:30 on a Friday!!!!????? They close at 12am. Help me understand - wow!!!! McDonald’s here I come!!!!
