I pulled in and was told they couldn’t take orders. No rhyme, no reason. It is 9:30 on a Friday!!!!????? They close at 12am. Help me understand - wow!!!! McDonald’s here I come!!!!

Like others have said, they are super slow (20+ min) and I was the only car in the parking lot. I have no clue why a breakfast burrito and tots takes so long. They just don't care. I won't return. Attendant was at least fairly nice.

Sat and waited on food for 30min just for the fries to be cold. Asked when I was ordering if they still had country gravy for fries and they added it to my order. The person who brought it out said they don’t have gravy so I asked something else. Waited another 5min and had to call to ask someone again to bring it. Just a hot mess and now I’m going to be late getting back to work.

This location is usually pretty slow. Sometimes they don't allow for ordering ahead which is really annoying when you have a large drink order and then don't get the happy hour pricing.

Great service, nice place very clean.Food was horrible. Only thing of two orders that tasted good was Coca Cola. The meat and wet bread, burned grease made everything smell and taste spoiled. Uggggh! Spot on to James who I tipped 6$. Never will I go to Sonic again. I want no refund. Just grossed me out, Sonic is dead!

I don’t know what happened, but these guys now have some of the best fast food customer service in BR. I was shocked when my carhop came out, introduced himself, explained my order, made sure I was satisfied, and pointed out that if I needed anything else that I could push the red button and he’d be right back out to take care of me. After the type of customer service I’ve gotten used to here, I was shooketh, as they say.

I just had THE BEST strawberry classic shake ever!! Idk what they're doing different at this Sonic location over the others, but I hope this isn't a fluke and they all taste like this everyday. At least ik this location gets it right! It's a noticeable difference as soon as you take the first sip! I mean, wow! Whatever yall are doing sonic staff, please continue. Oh, I also got mozzarella sticks, which are always delicious, so yeah. Thanks!

Service here is pathetic. Thought I'd pull in for a quick snack and drink.. Wrong! Even with only 3 cars in the parking lot I never got a response after pushing the button. Third time in the past few months now so I'm done and will look elsewhere..

This particular sonic is always so busy and soooo many of their ordering machines are down.It took a long time to even get my red button response. The food was good, but if you’re in a rush, order ahead.
