As a former restaurant manager, I hate doing this, I really do, but I wish I could give zero stars. We pull up to stall 1 at around 2:15. My fiancé and I place our order on the app and checked in, because we wanted to use the deals offered in the app. We ordered 1 Small Sweet Tea, 1 Route 44 Blue Rasberry Slush, 1 grilled cheese, 1 chili cheese dog, 1 medium tater tot, and a small heath bar blast, add whipped cream. We waited about 25-35 mins before the screen on the menu said “Timyrah is on her way!” Then the screen reset and no one ever came. We wait another 5-10 mins and then we go inside to check on our food. We go in and a lady comes up to the counter and asks what we had, and then she said they are making it now. 40ish mins later. The girl brings our bag out and our drinks, and we check the bag and there is only the tater tots in the bag. We tell the lady at the counter that we were missing the grilled cheese and the chili dog, and she said to check the bag. Obviously we did ?. We eventually get the rest of our food, and go to the car. I then realize my blast had a gaping hole in it, so I went in and got an extra cup, and saw a few team members on their phones. Also, the ice cream tasted more like ice than creamy. Grilled cheese was good, tots were good, but I then realized I didn’t get whipped cream (which we paid for) and my “sweet tea” was basically brown water with how unsweet it was. Whoever worked this shift today needs to get it together because there was not a lot of customers there today. Won’t be returning, and will tell everyone to avoid this sonic.

Sat at drive through for 15 minutes before I drove off. No one ever responded to the com.
Sat at front counter in the lobby for 11 mins didn’t even get greeted or maybe even a somebody would be right with you. I yelled are you’ll taking orders got no response while the line piled up behind me. Left. Will spend my money somewhere else. Now I remembered why I never go here.

I just had the worst customer service ever at this Sonics. I ordered a strawberry sundae and the strawberry fruit was watery. I informed them about it and they sent out another one that was watery. I buzzed again and told them about it being watery, and I was told that it was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a refund and a male worker came out. I asked if he was the manager and he said he was one of them. I told him about my concern of the strawberry fruit being watery and he said that it was nothing he could do about it because it was delivered that way. I told him that it was not high quality and shouldn’t be served. I explained to him that I worked fast food and now a school principal and high quality is what should be served. I asked him if he was a consumer would he consider that as high quality. He walked off. I buzzed and asked for a refund. He came back and told me that I had to call the 800 number in the app since I ordered through there for the refund. I asked for the number and he said that he did not know it. I asked him how could he refer me to a number that he did not know. I asked for the manager higher than him and he told me that he was not there. I asked for the general manager’s name and number and he walked from me again. I went through the drive-through and asked the cashier for the guy’s name. She gave me a refund receipt and told me to have a good day. She closed the window without giving me the manager’s information. I am highly disappointed. Worst customer service that I have ever had!

I hear the customer service is horrible. A family member stated her sundae was water and she sent it back. The second came back the same and she requested management. Well apparently the crew members didnt give her any information and was extremely rude. She requested names and they closed the window in her face. Needless to say she was very disappointed. And due to this behavior you lost a second customer. I wish she would have shared this on TikTok.
They can never get an order correct even if it’s ordered online. They take forever to take your order if you do order in person as well. Don't eat at this sonic.

If I can give them zero stars I would. The service was slow and they gave me the wrong order with condiments that I am allergic to. The employees act like they have a hearing problem because I told the worker twice and my order was still wrong.

Very slow in the morning. Need more of a faster pace since people that comes have a job in need to be there in a timely manner
Double cheeseburger: hot, juicy, really filling and cheesy, and savory 9/10
Groovy fries: salty, crunchy, hot, and savory 7/10
Groovy sauce: reminds me of a cross between Canes sauce and mayo 9/10
Overall 8.9/10
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a fairly new location where you can sit inside and eat or go in your car. They even have an LSU mural.

Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Mentioned they forgot the sauce, ignores me and never brings it out. (It was not busy)
