If stalls are closed at a certain time then don't tell me to park in a stall for my online pick up order and have me waiting. And the car in front of me was waiting at minimum 5 minutes for someone to come get their payment. and the worker who brought my food didn't even greet me.

I don’t come here too often, but almost every time I’ve been here there is an issue with the order and/or the food takes an exorbitant amount of time to be served. Food is decent, but I wish my attention to detail could be as terrible as this location and I still be employed where I am. After tonight I’m not sure if I’ll be back much less recommend this location to anyone

This place is ridiculously slow. They left my food sitting after 30 minutes and never said it was ready. My friend had to go ask for her drink which was also sitting on the counter. My boyfriend had to ask for our food and they finally gave it us. But i still didnt receive my blast.

The food was good, but the young ladies working here seemed like they would rather be at the club twerking butt cheeks rather than working late nights.

It was the very few spots open since almost every other fast food place was closed.

As a former restaurant manager, I hate doing this, I really do, but I wish I could give zero stars. We pull up to stall 1 at around 2:15. My fiancé and I place our order on the app and checked in, because we wanted to use the deals offered in the app. We ordered 1 Small Sweet Tea, 1 Route 44 Blue Rasberry Slush, 1 grilled cheese, 1 chili cheese dog, 1 medium tater tot, and a small heath bar blast, add whipped cream. We waited about 25-35 mins before the screen on the menu said “Timyrah is on her way!” Then the screen reset and no one ever came. We wait another 5-10 mins and then we go inside to check on our food. We go in and a lady comes up to the counter and asks what we had, and then she said they are making it now. 40ish mins later. The girl brings our bag out and our drinks, and we check the bag and there is only the tater tots in the bag. We tell the lady at the counter that we were missing the grilled cheese and the chili dog, and she said to check the bag. Obviously we did ?. We eventually get the rest of our food, and go to the car. I then realize my blast had a gaping hole in it, so I went in and got an extra cup, and saw a few team members on their phones. Also, the ice cream tasted more like ice than creamy. Grilled cheese was good, tots were good, but I then realized I didn’t get whipped cream (which we paid for) and my “sweet tea” was basically brown water with how unsweet it was. Whoever worked this shift today needs to get it together because there was not a lot of customers there today. Won’t be returning, and will tell everyone to avoid this sonic.

Sat at front counter in the lobby for 11 mins didn’t even get greeted or maybe even a somebody would be right with you. I yelled are you’ll taking orders got no response while the line piled up behind me. Left. Will spend my money somewhere else. Now I remembered why I never go here.
