Worst place to go eat in Baton Rouge horrible I've been sitting out here for over 30 minutes they waited on everybody going through drive-through and everybody else is pulled up into the stalls I ordered it online see my name on the red machine or on the machine beside of me and now my name is off I first pulled up and push the button three times it stayed on then we go off then my name came up there now it's went off and nobody's still coming and I've been an online order and I still can get nobody to speak to me I would not recommend this place ever to anyone

My daughter asked for Sonic after school. Fast food restaurants have the worst customer service, so I dread spending money with them. There are a few that understand that customer service doesn't have a price tag.While the associate wasn't rude and did speak, the onion rings were cold and greasy with a half-filled bag. I had to ask the associate for napkins twice because he gave me two cheap 1-ply napkins for two people each time. I have this experience three stars because he did speak, and he wasn't rude.

Takes for everrrrr to get your food. The workers are rude and act like you're a burden. They constantly mess up your order. And my boyfriend and I got super sick after eating some burgers from here, recently.
