Sonic Drive-In

I’ve had multiple instances where they’ve gotten my order wrong and I end up paying more than what they actually gave me, and anyone who generally works at the registers doesn’t seem to really notice or care enough to fix those mistakes or pay attention to what I’m ordering, the wait times also are a bit egregious especially during the academic year, but even during the summer I’ve had to wait up to like half an hour even though I may be the only one there, and people will come after me and get their food before I can even get mine. 🤷

Came here ordered a chicken slinger and it took over 20 minutes. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich bro. I could see the workers taking their sweet time without a care in the world. I’m not the guy to complain but y’all need to do better.

Every time I come here I wait at least 30 minutes for my food. People who order after me get their food before me and sometime I can see my food sitting in the window. The service is actually horrible and I have left food there because of how long it took.

Do not order from the kiosk screen. It will not give you a receipt, and your order will not show up on the employee's screen. They asked me for my receipt and I had to show them my bank statement. Ended up overpaying for a miniature cheeseburger. Never again, bro.

Idk how you screw up a breakfast burrito that has like literally two things in it, meat and eggs but idk how you put onions in there I’m just confused on how you screw up that bad.

it took me almost an hour to get my food, one of the workers was so sweet but I had to literally beg for the other worker’s attention.

I like their vanilla ice cream.

Showed up, ordered two small blasts, never brought them to us. Went to cancel the order, they offered to fill the order for free if we could wait just another minute. Waited another 5, still no ice cream, went to the window and the other woman said the first lady lied and they just cancelled the order and weren't going to make the ice cream. Wasted a good 40+ minutes and NO ICE CREAM ���

Place is a joke I’ve been calling for 45 minutes to order corn dogs for the entire shop. I get there and told to pull to a covered spot to make an order and it would be 30 minutes.
