25 minutes 2 orders of moz sticks and this is what happens...

Placed an order for tots, mozzarella sticks, corn dog and drink via app. I had two separate orders so when I arrived I could only place one stall number for check-in. I waited at least 5 minutes after my order time window passed.

To avoid any confusion and check on the status of my two orders, I entered into the restaurant and saw the employees just standing around chatting and not working. I told the girl nearest to me my situation and she replied that she will bring both my orders to the stall. Another 20 minutes passed. Nothing. After another 5 extra minutes of waiting, I finally received my food.

The wait for this location is too slow and inexcusably ridiculous given that there were only 4-5 cars (not busy) and my pre-order was placed long the cars arrived.

Will I go back again? Only if I have time to waste and nothing to do which never happen.

Every time I come here it’s extremely slow to the point I’m mad at myself for giving this pathetic place another opportunity. I give specific instructions on how I want my item every time. You think I get it? Absolutely not. Horrible place 0/10 do not recommend.

I placed my order, everything was fine. I sat down to wait for my order and noticed that people that got there after me were getting there orders— that was no problem at all. Things started to get annoying only after the 20 minute mark of waiting. Everyone had gotten their orders and left, yet I was still there. I told one of the workers I hadn’t gotten my order and all she said was “ok” that normally wouldn’t bother me but by now i was pretty tired. I waited another 10 minutes before I decided to just leave without my drink.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Tonight took a little longer than expected, and I was initially a bit upset. However, today I had the opportunity to speak with GM Tarsha and her supervisor Kristi, and I gained a deeper appreciation for the hard work you all put in.

I understand that this location is running with a very small crew – just a cook, an operator/waitress, and a server bringing out the food – yet you still managed to handle multiple cars and keep things moving as best you could. I truly appreciate you all for coming to work, even during difficult times, and for making my food and drinks.

I pray that God continues to keep you all healthy and safe. I know fast food can be a challenging job, but remember to keep God first, stay obedient, and trust that He will unlock so many doors for you. Tarsha spoke very highly of each of you and genuinely appreciates your hard work and dedication.

I also want to share a little of my story. I’ve faced my own challenges. When I was younger, there were days without food because of my father’s struggles with addiction. My mother, a nurse who still serves others today, worked hard to provide for us, and I pushed through to become the nurse I am today. So, don’t give up. Even when it rains, remember the sun will shine, and the flowers will bloom again.

God has you, and He sees your efforts. Keep pushing forward.

PLEASE close this location down immediately. I always order ahead on the app and it’s never as convenient as it should be. This time took the cook. I placed an order specifically for a lemonade add strawberry (basically strawberry lemonade, but I do it this way because they always confuse it with a limeade) and a double bacon smasher at 2:21, app claims it would be ready at 2:33, which I expected it not to be because they’re NEVER ready when I order. I pull up to the drive thru (the check in system never works) and pulled into the first lane which should have been a sign. The driver ahead of me was literally at the speaker for 5 minutes, no movement or anything. Another driver pulled up in the other lane, the worker came on took their order and they went along. So I just pulled out and into the other lane, they asked for my order, I informed them I had a mobile order and they asked me to pull ahead. Now, the other driver in the other lane that was already taking long, was pulled up in front of me. It’s now 2:50 waiting behind this vehicle and I still have no order. A worker comes out with a blue raspberry slush and asks if it’s mine, I said no I’m waiting on a mobile order and he says oh yeah, I’m brining yours out in a minute and proceeded to bring the slush to the driver behind me. 5 more minutes, the same guy comes out and lets me know that they have no strawberries so they can’t make my drink. What? You didn’t know you didn’t have strawberries when I placed the order? Bettter that, when I said my name at the speaker? That’s all I wanted so I asked for a refund, of course, they don’t handle or can’t give refunds like what? I don’t want anything else. Then I mentioned the wait time and how the driver in front of me had clearly been a hold up a while and he goes on to say well she asked for all of her food to be remade and we’re dealing with that. Well, good for her. But now I’m stuck having to go through loops for a refund and waiting 30 mins for something that you knew you didn’t have. I hate this location so much! I never have a good experience.

My only negative is regarding the strawberry mango drink with tajin. They were very sparse with the flavoring. There was a whole side of the drink that was just plain ice with no flavoring at all. My chicken was fresh, soft and hot and my tots were fresh also.
