Got tots with my meal they were so greasy the bag was filled with grease. Came back to get some fresh ones waited 10 minutes got back home they were exactly like the old ones.

The burgers from Sonic usually never disappoint. I went earlier this evening and ordered a Super Sonic and a side of Cheddar Peppers. The burger was good and they followed my requests, but the cheddar peppers were literally inedible. They were fried until nearly burned, and neither my boyfriend nor I could bite through them. They seem like they were cooked, sat out a while, and then were thrown in the fryer. This is NOT the first time this has happened here, but other than the one menu item, the customer service and food is good!

Ive order number 11 with a Cherry Limeade ..I tasted my slush an it was a Cherry Slush so i took it back ..An told the cashier what i ordered an she took my slush an about not even 2 minutes another employee brought me the same one the only thing they did was put a lime on it .Now the slush is something I always get so i know how it taste ..Then i started to eat my tenders i bit into one an it was hard in the inside not only one but it was 2 more like that an i try calling an the refuse to answer i call aleast 4 times this is sad you pay 10.32 for something you can not enjoy y'all willing get my business anymore That's the last time ill order from y'all ill go cross town before i go back there????

The young lady taking my order kept closing out my order before I could finish. I had to continuously press the red button to add on my next order and then she didn't answer. All my shakes were spilling over the side and extremely watery and did not taste good. This was not an acceptable
Unfortunately, I have to stop going to sonic now. The customer service was horrible. Everyone had an attitude. The shakes were melted and half full. Worst experience ever!. Would have went to the other sonic on college dr but they were out of Ice-cream. Geaux figure ?
