A Sonic that you can go into? I've never seen such a thing. Assuming they took over another location. The employee at the window was yelling into the kitchen at someone else. Never even looked at me. Just stuck her arm out the window. Might understand a little more if it were but, I was the only person in the drive-through and only one person was inside that I could see.

very upsetting. got a huge cherry limeade on doordash, and it wasn’t included in my order! doordasher should have checked, but i’m still furious! i really want my drink, and now i’m sad. ruined my day!

Customer service gets worse each time I visit here due to convenience. Then I say just cancel the order & you appear to have an attitude. It appears they were short staffed definitely shouldn't take the lack of being prepared out on customers.

The problems we are having to deal with is a microcosm of the issues Baton Rouge is dealing with. The employees that we are dealing with at many of these fast foot establishments are often the products of the Baton Rouge public school system. Apparently, one chain in particular, maybe 2 , are better at screening their employees, as a result, the service and overall experience are better. To have a good experience at a sonic, you have to go anywhere other than Baton Rouge proper.

The parking lot was clean I stopped with friends I ordered a coney with onion rings my coney was fine however I know I paid an upcharge for the rings but I'm not lying I only received 3 onion rings... won't b going
