Worst sonic ever
Only 1 person working, took 15 minutes to get 1 blast. The server did not know how to make a blast so she just put ice cream in a cup and added reeces cup pieces on top

I would give zero stars if possible. This location takes forever to get four drinks ~15 minutes with only 3 cars on the lot. And the customer service was terrible. I won’t waste my time here again.

Waited over half an hour. Burger was all wrong. Onions, no bacon that I paid extra for. By the time I picked all the onions off there was no sauce or cheese left. Last time I came here there was a wasp in my breakfast burrito thats what I get for coming back.

Went to drive in at this location today around 12:30 1pm pressed the red button, nobody wants to take orders, or answer the intercom, got one standing outside smoking and got cars line up at every stall, all those people working in there sitting around on the clock, and barley pushing orders out, they take orders when they feel like it, half the time they just let u sit until u drive off like they want u too. Service is bad , staff needs to be replaced and fired, they are lazy dont want to work, on this day June 20,2025

They did not unsweetened iced tea. I waited over 5 minutes and had to call them to find that out. Ii told them to just bring me my Diet Dr Pepper. Waited an additional 7 minutes with no response. Decided that they didn't want my business, so I left empty-handed.

Paid for a pick up order, only thing on the order was 2 DRINKS, and I was waiting outside for 25 minutes. Called the restaurant 3x and no one answered watched them ignore the phone, asked an employee to get it and no one ever did and continued to ignore my girlfriend and I. Literally just stealing our money. Absolutely trash.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the unacceptable experience I had at your Sonic location on Perkins Road.

I’ve been sitting at this location for over 20 minutes, waiting on an order of cheese sticks, and the service has been absolutely unacceptable. In the time I’ve been here, two other customers drove off, clearly fed up with the lack of attention and urgency.

There are two employees visibly sitting around inside, not doing anything—one of them casually sipping a drink. When I asked about my order, I was told to “hold on for a minute,” and that “minute” has now turned into 20+ minutes of being ignored.

This level of service is horrifying and completely unprofessional. It’s frustrating to see people occupying jobs in the fast food industry who clearly have no interest in actually working. If they’re not willing to do their jobs, they should be replaced with people who are.

I hope this issue is addressed seriously and immediately. Customers deserve better than this.
