Don’t go to this location. Terrible customer service. Waited 37 minutes for a SODA. Just a soda. Looking back, I should have drove off after 15 minutes. However, I was invested because surely it couldn’t be that much longer, right?… WRONG

You might be thinking.. was the drink good??
Ha. No, because I never got it.

I watched the workers play around and get on their phones. It’s ridiculous that it took over 1/2 an hour for a worker to walk to my car and say they couldn’t pour a fountain drink due to a broken system.

Went to Chick Fil A for a milkshake. Save yourself the time & do the same.

When he couldn’t hear our order, our Sonic staffer literally ran to our car to talk directly with us. He was upbeat and quick, accurate with a complex order, and it was delivered in less than two minutes by a sweet young lady who had a fantastic attitude. I’m surprised by some of these other reviews because our visit was so impressive that we asked to speak to the manager and share with him how great it was. Mr. Earl is doing great new things with this Sonic!

Old cold burger with old nasty fries !!! This place really knows how to serve a horrible product!!! Just send a secret shopper and you will see the nasty products they sell you and when you get home you're not going to go back after working all day !!!! Don't waste your money or time here !!!!!!!!!! ..PS how about you just send a secret shopper over there and fix the problem?? I don't want any free stuff I just want to be able to go there and get a quality product !!!!!!

As I was having a fantastic day me & my boyfriend decided to stop by Sonic on Perkins to pick us up a milkshake. Upon our arrival we were met with a rude employee, we were parked in front of the door and when she seen us through the windshield in the car holding hands (2 guys) she yelled ”DIDDY DIDDY” trying to be funny I guess? I don’t know I find that homophobic & rude.. then I pressed the red button & seen her answer it near my car & said This is Christian I’ll take your order in a minute” so we waited until she came back on again and tried to order & then she came by me and said she couldn’t hear even though I was talking loud enough and said the milkshake machine wasn’t working so I just ended up canceling my whole order because I believed she was just being homophobic and rude, if you need help identifying Christian, she looks big & out of shape with red dots on her face, 2 buck yellow teeth in the front & a messy blonde bun on top her head,, Sonic do better!

I ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake and a Strawberry Cheesecake Master Shake, expecting the quality Sonic advertises for their “Master Shakes.” Instead, I was given two medium cups of soft serve, topped with whipped cream and a cherry, disguised to look like shakes. The worst part? Neither shake was made correctly, and the flavors were completely off.

Sonic isn’t cheap, and for the price I paid, I expected my order to actually reflect what I ordered—not some half-assed attempt that felt rushed and careless. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices for subpar execution.

If I wanted plain soft serve, I’d have ordered it, but I didn’t. Sonic, do better. This location needs to get it together because customers aren’t paying high prices to have their orders messed up.

The took forever to answer they were rude and when we thanked them for are food she gave me specifically a stink face and rolled her eyes and didn’t ask if we needed anything like more condiments or silverware

This is the most painfully slow and understaffed sonic I have ever been to. There’s no reason to wait ten plus minutes for one drink when the parking lot has less than five cars in it. Paint has dried quicker than they were able to bring out the drink. World peace could be achieved in less time. I could find the cure to cancer market it and sell it for double the price in less time it takes for them to bring out a drink. I would rather step on Legos barefoot, stub my toe on every corner, and hit every red light home than wait this long for a drink ever again.

I hate leaving these types of reviews but I have had way to many bad experiences at this particular sonic. I made a mobile order for a double cheeseburger with nothing but onions and crinkle fries and I received a cheeseburger with lettuce no onions to be found and hardly any fries in the bag. Then I ordered at the monitor and it took 10 minutes for a response for 2 pretzels sticks that came out 15 minutes later that were in pieces and burned.

Who ever the guy is that works morning shift and takes orders is amazing great attitude , but if you go to place after 5 its ghetto city ! car hoppers are so rude the guy taking your order still needs training . You get so much bad attitude if you ask for anything or have a question smh sorry you have to work at sonic to pay your bills but if you dont like your job get a different one !
