This is the worst Sonic.

Awful Woman Manager and Some Employees!!!

I was placing an order when the employee quit talking to me through the intercom. I looked up and a woman was approaching me. I asked her if they could not hear me with the noise of the passing traffic. She said yes. I began to give her my order when she abruptly turned around to leave. I asked her what was going on and she said to wait right there.

A police car that was parked on the other side came and parked next to me after she kept which was strange. I waited for a few minutes but no one came on the intercom to finish completing my order.

I drove around to place the order at the stand but no one answered after waiting. I drove forward to the window and waited 20 or more minutes. Cars were lining up behind me after placing their orders. A waiter kept coming out to deliver food to the other parked vehicles and just looked at me each time.

I drove around to another parking space and pressed the red button for assistance. No one helped me. I drove around where the cars were backed up from when I was at the window and all were gone.

It became apparent to me I was being deliberately disregarded and ignored. The manager's behavior is inhumane and unethically to not assist or give reason why not assisting me. I was there about 30 minutes. I left with no food.

She and another employee in the passed were disrespectful and rude and spoke offensively and sarcastically to me.
This is abusive, inappropriate and immature Manager that should not be conducting business.

There is no upper management to report this disturbing conduct towards a customer.

Managers and Employees are representing Sonic and their behavior is a reflection on the company.

Their personal feelings towards a person and ill-manners should not interfere with assisting a customer and Sonic should have expectations and standards for Manager and employees.

I ordered a route 44 sonic lemon slushy add sweet cream and ice cream No one could figure it out. Can't sell it in route 44 it cost 7.00 for the large. Cut backs charged 7.00 for the large and it should cost that for the route 44 . A BIG RIPOFF

I came to this location at 10:53pm On a Sunday night and the Food was horrible.It literally had my little family physically sick . The tots had the root of our mouth tore because they were so hard . The burger was disgusting and smelled really bad I have no idea what was on it that went bad but we could not eat it .I tried calling up there numerous of time no answer so I called the headquarters because no way everyone saying the same thing about this location and nothings being done .The food quality is poor

On OCT 7 AT APPROX 4:04 PM.. I was at stall 10 and I only ordered 2 drinks well I was pressure for time and 16 mins had already pass by.. I ask for refund.. I paid with chime card and the gave me a reprinted receipt thet had cash on it and told me my money will be back on card in 3 days we'll I have not gotten a refund yet.. The carhop blame the manager and the manager left knowing the situation.. So I'm just out of 9 dollars.. The car hop name is Keisha Rae and the store is 4236 still holding on to reprinted receipt clerk #54 973

Every time I come here my order is wrong. Even when I order ahead, it’s never the correct order in the bag. It’s down the street from my job, and the food choices on this side of town are very limited, so I keep coming back but I think I’m going to start going to the baker location a few minutes away.

I ordered food and waitied 30 minutes. The screen stopped showing that the order was being prepared. I pushed the button and someone came out because they couldn't understand what was going on. They then reassured me that the food was coming out. 10 minutes layer no food. I pushed the button again, they had no clue about my order, they asked if I placed several orders, I had not. I asked for a refund.
