Asked for plain bacon cheese burger with added jalapeños , not only did they not put bacon on it, I’m gonna let the picture speak for itself. Definitely not going back here. I worked for Sonic in the kitchen for almost 2 1/2 years, I would’ve never allowed this sandwich to go out like this especially if a customer asked for EXTRA jalapeno as well as a bacon super Sonic not a super Sonic plain

Waited almost 45 minutes for a coke. First I ordered a Dr pepper. They brought me a water. When I told them it was supposed to be Dr pepper the lady came back and said they were out of Dr pepper. Okay ? cool just give me a coke. Never came back.

my entire order was wrong. i ordered two bacon egg and cheese burritos and two french toast sticks. i asked the girl before i paid if she got two french toast sticks because i only saw one on the screen and she said yes. i got my food and there was only one french toast sticks but they went and got me new ones. i bit into my burritos and they were both sausage burritos. i do not eat sausage. i don’t understand how hard it is to get an order right. i work in customer service and always double and triple check to make sure the customer gets what they asked. it also took 15 minutes to give me the complete wrong order.

I justvwent to sonic to get a blast. Instead of telling the truth that the machine is not freezing the ice cream they took my order. When I got home 2 mins down the road to eat it the ice cream was like soup. I had to drink it with a straw. You have lost my business.
