I tried to order 1/2 burgers after 5 this evening, Tuesday. The lady said they don't have that. I asked again, nope don't have that, she ask manager, don't have that. I ordered on app and got my burgers 1/2 off though. Got them home and the Pattie's tasted burnt. I did not enjoy my experience here.

Three times now I did not get my proper change. 220 for a drink, each time i paid with a 10 go back 7 dollors even. How many outhets have had the same at drive through. Your tip is to be given not taken.

Am not sure what’s happened to this place in the last year or two. Their sign is busted, something is always broken, service is spotty at best. Today couldn’t hear or be heard on the microphone because the outside music was very loud. But it didn’t matter: no food was available except ice cream. At lunch time. Go elsewhere.

Will never go to this location ever again. Waisted 30 minutes on my lunch break trying to get 2 slushies and never got waited on.

Terribly slow and lazy service. It took almost 10 minutes to take our order. The server answered the call within two minutes then placed us on hold. She would start talking every few minutes to reset a timer (I assume). There was only one other vehicle in the lot.After taking our order, it took 21 minutes to actually get two grilled cheese meals and a cheeseburger meal. The sign displayed order is on its way roughly 5 minutes before it actually showed up, again some timer trick.Overall, very disappointing and frustrating. The food was as expected. Don’t be in a hurry if you choose to eat here.

I was under the impression that ordering ahead would mean and you would get your order faster when you got there. Completely wrong.Edit to admin: thank you but no need to file a report. I've known it as the standard, as it happens like this at all locations. I've accepted it. Just wish it wasn't that way but I don't wanna get anyone in trouble.

Nobody answers the button, the only two employees visible are standing outside their car smoking weed. This place is disgusting.
