Look we really really love it here. Been coming here since I was a kid! But something is up with the French fries for the last year. Like the oil has changed and they are just not crisping up. Or the oil is not being changed enough.
They always taste soggy and old even if we ask for a fresh batch. Hopefully this can be fixed! We love yall!

We have eaten at this particular Sonny’s barbecue restaurant many times and it always is great! Anytime we are in Baton Rouge, and we have time to run and go eat. That’s usually the first place we think of. A lot of times we bring leftovers home and sometimes we purposefully order more just to bring home to eat later on in the day

I helped Shawn open the Sonnys in New Iberia,La and Laffayette, LA and haven't been to a Sonnys since the New Iberia Sonnys closed but have missed it greatly.
Our waitress Shannon was amazing. Wish yall would open up again closer to me. Miss the food So Much!!!!
