My husband and I have been going to Stabs in Central for many years. We normally go on Sunday for brunch (because of babysitter availability) but we were able to go for dinner last night to celebrate our anniversary. When I tell you the flat iron steak we had was 100% PERFECT, I’m not exaggerating. Temp was perfect. Cut was perfect. Flavor was perfect. French onion soup was perfect. Thank you, David, Kori and everyone else who played a hand in our most recent experience. Y’all...
We ate there 1/25/25 and enjoyed every minute of it. Thomas was our waiter, and his service was exceptional! Went above and beyond to make sure our party of 4 had a great experience. Top notch food and drinks along with a great atmosphere. This place deserves 10 stars! Keep up the great work Thomas, and thanks again for making my birthday Celebration great!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drinks and food are always great. Beats going in to Baton Rouge. Thomas our waiter was very polite and attentive to our table. The chargrilled shrimp is one of the best things in town to eat. Management always comes by and checks on the table to see how everything was towards the end of your meal. If I have to find something negative is that the tables are too small. One of our favorite places.
