My favorite treat to myself, I visit Port Allan store almost every weekday morning. I know amost every person there....always smiling faces ,extremely fast service. And always get my order correct.

this Starbucks has consistently poor service, has little to no concern for walk up customers and is almost entirely focused on drive thru customers. They routinely get the simplest regular coffee orders wrong with clear requests being made at the register, and they will rarely look above the bill of their caps to see you or communicate with you. When offering the blue haired crew leader feedback on their poor service this AM (2 of 3 requests missed on a simple drip coffee), the customer was informed the feedback was rude and not done “in a proper manner”. When asked what was rude about my feedback I was informed I “rolled my eyes” at her response. This outlet is in dire need of adult supervision.

I ordered online and my pickup time was 1:06 pm, I didn't leave out until 1:15 pm. Workers are only focused on drive thru or walk in orders and are not paying attention to online pickup orders. While it was chaotic in there, there was one worker who was doing absolutely nothing behind the counter. Overall poor customer service.

Miss Madison, the one over the food decided to run her mouth for 10 minutes with a coworker instead of handing out customers items. I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich that was already made because she didn’t put it in the relative spot because she was talking to coworker. The black woman w locs over the drinks did a fantastic job and even had to go get my food for me.

I heard some disturbing things about this store especially about the district manager from past employees to a current employee who i will not name. It seems from what i seen they are getting rid of all the black females. From showing favoritism and being racially biased is the reason i will not be going to this location or my family. Highly unacceptable of what they are doing / did to the young black women who were once working here. Also through drive thru when i went to pick up my order, the one with the mustache is very annoying and tries to get smart with me.
