Consistently pleasant staff. I visit this location a lot to study/read/write, and it is comfortable and clean. Drinks are well-made and I've never had any problems (besides the other customers being loud or rude).

I frequent this location, but I've never gone inside. I walked in and there were 4 baristas. There was only one customer waiting for her drink. I was not greeted nor acknowledged. No one even looked my way as I was standing in front of the register. After a few minutes of being ignored I left. We pay way too much here to be ignored, I won't be returning!

They ignore drizzle request like pros and make you feel like a inconvenience when you ask them to fix it. I just want what I paid for. I stopped going to this location because the employees are so rude and the drinks taste bad. Figured I'd try again since it's been awhile, and was let down yet again. I'll continue to give my service to the Starbucks off Range and drive out of my way.

I visited this Starbucks with a large order this morning, and unfortunately, the service was far below expectations. From the moment we started ordering, the staff seemed impatient and dismissive. The cashier didn't take the time to repeat the order, rushed us through checkout, and several of the drinks were made incorrectly.

To top it off, the drinks didn't taste good at all. It's disappointing to pay for something and not even enjoy it. When we asked for basic items like half and half and whipped cream, we were met with more attitude as if we were inconveniencing them for asking for what we had already paid for.

Overall, this was by far the worst customer service I've experienced at any Starbucks. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.

Today was a very disappointing day for me! I went to Starbucks to buy a drink with a terrible mix and unprofessional service of a big brand.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Starbucks was incredibly disappointing. I received the wrong drinks, and when I politely pointed it out, the staff showed no willingness to fix the issue or even acknowledge the mistake. Their attitude was unprofessional and rude.

To make things worse, one of the employees accidentally splashed cream on me while preparing drinks. Accidents happen, but what shocked me was the complete lack of an apology or any basic courtesy afterward.

Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, especially when they’re paying premium prices for a simple coffee order. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad taste in my mouth — and not from the drink I didn’t order. I hope this store takes feedback seriously and works on improving how they treat customers!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the consistently outstanding service you provide. I usually stop by once or twice a week and order ahead on the app—and without fail, you all bring warmth and kindness to every interaction.

Today’s gesture was especially meaningful. Seeing the barista step outside and bring me my coffee while I was in a long line of cars truly made my day. It wasn’t just thoughtful—it was inspiring. It reminded me of the power of genuine hospitality and how a small act of kindness can have a big impact.

You’ve created a culture in your store that clearly values connection, consistency, and care. I always feel welcomed, remembered, and appreciated. That first sip really does feel VIP—thank you for that (and for the awesome cup today, pictured below)!

I been debating on writing a review for a while. I stopped going here bc the employees are so rude!! Whenever you ask for something it’s always a problem. Not to mention their drinks taste terrible. I live about 5 min. away and will drive 15 min. to the Siegen/Perkins location instead…..they are friendly and the drinks taste so much better.

My husband and I frequent this location many times a week. This morning, I ordered a cold brew coffee with sweet cream cold foam on top, as I do often, and received a vanilla sweet cream cold brew instead. I let the new female barista at the front know and showed her and her coworker what I ordered on the app. Rather than hear me out and offer to remake my drink, they insisted it was made correctly and told me to "taste it". The drink was made incorrectly and the pictures attached show what it looked like when I got there, unmixed. I showed up maybe 4 minutes after I ordered it and left after this confrontation because I didn't have time to argue with two baristas over something that they should know simply by looking at a blatantly creamy drink that's supposed to be black iced coffee with foam on top. Keep the nearly $7 I spent on something I barely drank and please just do a better job of onboarding your employees while emphasizing the importance of customer service. The new female employee has a horrible attitude.

Wow!!! Yes… it’s been a little while since I’ve visited a Starbucks and shame on me!!
I’ve forgotten how comfortable and private I feel just to kick back inside and enjoy an AWESOME cappuccino with their exceptionally DELICIOUS Cinnamon Coffee Cake!
Excellent service….Professional attitudes! Love it!!!
