My whole day was ruined I literally asked for venti blonde espresso with Carmel syrup and cold foam why did I get a venti with milk and barely and blonde espresso it literally tasted like milk and water from melted ice I had to throw it in the trash

I have to say that when Starbucks built this location, they put it in the worst spot possible. But I will tell you, I love nothing more than being pulled up at the light. And forcing all the Starbucks customers to either wait and block traffic or go down. And around out of their way, just to go shop at this location. I truly love preventing them from crossing at the red light to get into your driveway

Cappuccino I get is always half empty, might be the foam, I don't know. The staff was helpful with the restroom access, but why gated restroom?! Oh well.

I had to take a few minutes and write this review. I'm a night shift worker and make frequent stops by this Starbucks and I always have a good experience. Making my experience even better are the baristas Ariel and Madison. Ariel especially always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She takes the time to ask about my day and wishes me a good shift after each interaction. The service here is always fast and my coffee is always well made too!

Consistently pleasant staff. I visit this location a lot to study/read/write, and it is comfortable and clean. Drinks are well-made and I've never had any problems (besides the other customers being loud or rude).

I frequent this location, but I've never gone inside. I walked in and there were 4 baristas. There was only one customer waiting for her drink. I was not greeted nor acknowledged. No one even looked my way as I was standing in front of the register. After a few minutes of being ignored I left. We pay way too much here to be ignored, I won't be returning!

They ignore drizzle request like pros and make you feel like a inconvenience when you ask them to fix it. I just want what I paid for. I stopped going to this location because the employees are so rude and the drinks taste bad. Figured I'd try again since it's been awhile, and was let down yet again. I'll continue to give my service to the Starbucks off Range and drive out of my way.

I visited this Starbucks with a large order this morning, and unfortunately, the service was far below expectations. From the moment we started ordering, the staff seemed impatient and dismissive. The cashier didn't take the time to repeat the order, rushed us through checkout, and several of the drinks were made incorrectly.

To top it off, the drinks didn't taste good at all. It's disappointing to pay for something and not even enjoy it. When we asked for basic items like half and half and whipped cream, we were met with more attitude as if we were inconveniencing them for asking for what we had already paid for.

Overall, this was by far the worst customer service I've experienced at any Starbucks. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.

Today was a very disappointing day for me! I went to Starbucks to buy a drink with a terrible mix and unprofessional service of a big brand.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Starbucks was incredibly disappointing. I received the wrong drinks, and when I politely pointed it out, the staff showed no willingness to fix the issue or even acknowledge the mistake. Their attitude was unprofessional and rude.

To make things worse, one of the employees accidentally splashed cream on me while preparing drinks. Accidents happen, but what shocked me was the complete lack of an apology or any basic courtesy afterward.

Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, especially when they’re paying premium prices for a simple coffee order. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad taste in my mouth — and not from the drink I didn’t order. I hope this store takes feedback seriously and works on improving how they treat customers!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the consistently outstanding service you provide. I usually stop by once or twice a week and order ahead on the app—and without fail, you all bring warmth and kindness to every interaction.

Today’s gesture was especially meaningful. Seeing the barista step outside and bring me my coffee while I was in a long line of cars truly made my day. It wasn’t just thoughtful—it was inspiring. It reminded me of the power of genuine hospitality and how a small act of kindness can have a big impact.

You’ve created a culture in your store that clearly values connection, consistency, and care. I always feel welcomed, remembered, and appreciated. That first sip really does feel VIP—thank you for that (and for the awesome cup today, pictured below)!
