What a terrible experience. Six dollars for the smallest version of a shaken espresso and for what? The taste is awful and way too sugary even with asking for less pumps of syrup. What’s worse is that the customer service has completely gone downhill. The girl at the window was rude and unpleasant. Poor quality is to be semi-expected but poor service is inexcusable. I’ve been reminded of why I do not engage in commercial coffee establishments.

I’m a Truck Driver. I have to do magic to park and get into the Starbucks store and I’m only asking for a Fresh Hot coffee.At this location they don’t want to work.

Walking in to order don't expect the lady that sees you to help you for your order I waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me being here. Don't come here if you like bad customer service.

Kindest people at this STARBUCKS - I have never had a bad experience at this location. Great customer service! When they make a mistake, they own it and make it right! I must say that I treat them the way I want to be treated and I get it back. We shouldn't expect great customer service if we aren't great customers! Treat service workers with respect and kindness!!!

My all-time favorite Starbucks location in BR! I come here several times a week, and the baristas are always friendly and welcoming. Service is very quick, and the drinks always taste well-made unlike other locations in the area.

Stopped in to see if they had anything VEGAN on the menu. The man behind the counter was thankfully honest. He told me that he "wouldn't trust anything to be vegan here." I looked and the only thing I saw vegan to eat was a plain bagel - WOW - way to go to have something for the vegans Starbucks. I ordered a couple latte's with OAT MILK and was upcharged 70 cents on each. To the District Manager Keisha Martin and to the Store Manager Alana Atkins I thought Starbucks stopped upcharging for plant based milk. Oh and by the way, the bathroom was as filthy as a busy truck stop - time to hire someone to actually clean the puddles of urine off the floor if you want your customers to have an enjoyable experience and want to actually eat something there.Vegetarian options: Nothing vegan here of any substance - and they continue to upcharge for plant based milkDietary restrictions: Nothing vegan here of any substance - and they continue to upcharge for plant based milk

Promise Me

Had to ask for a towel to clean my table, person who took our order was kind of annoyed that I had to show a picture to ask for a special recipe, will not return to this location. But the drinks were good over all.
