I placed an order Sunday afternoon for delivery with the Freshpass through the Albertson’s app. They passed the order off to Door Dash and I watched the driver sit at a location far away from my home for an hour. I tried to repeatedly call her and chat through the app to get no answers. Eventually she tried to call me saying that she was given the wrong address and was returning the groceries to the store. I tried to call the store and her repeatedly to be told by the store that they have no control over this. I was given two numbers to call in Phoenix and they were no help. I demanded a refund and they told me that it would take 5-7 business days to receive my refund even though the store acknowledged that they had my groceries returned. When I pressed as to why it would take so long, I was told “it’s company policy” but they would not give me a reason WHY this was company policy. If I returned the items myself to the store, I’d get an instant refund. Calling the Airline store was useless as the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one answers. Calling the “customer service” line in Arizona is useless as they just parrot company info without and accountability nor care. They simply repeat over and over that it’s “company policy” but have no reason for it except “that’s just how it is” Shop there at your own risk. The only bright spot was the front end manager on Sunday who actually did try to help but her hands were tied because of the corporate policy. And corporate tells you to call the local store with issues. So it’s just a giant pass the buck. So I have no groceries and they are holding my money for 5-7 business days. I will never use their services again.

Got they are at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday in which it doesn’t close until 8 PM. Was told I couldn’t have a frappe because she had already washed the dishes and I guess she didn’t wanna wash them again.

The server didn’t know how to make what I asked and charged a huge amount and I declined HOWEVER when I went to pay she charged the regular amount and surprised me with what I originally requested!! Thank you very nice of you

Alexis was very pleasant and she made my pink drink perfectly, it was the best I’ve had at any location.

Don’t expect your coffee to be made right at this location. They never stir up the syrups and sauces and just left it at the bottom for you to do by yourself. I always customize my coffee with extra ice and even had to ask the worker if she added any ice (the coffee was somewhat cold as it was just taken out of the fridge but not cold enough). She replied yes even though there were no signs of any ice cubes and I was standing there watching her made it. It was too late for me to say anything once she had already put whip cream on top and handed me my drink. This is not the first time it happened but other locations were too far out of way. I really hope their management team get them back on training to make things right the way it should.
