Got they are at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday in which it doesn’t close until 8 PM. Was told I couldn’t have a frappe because she had already washed the dishes and I guess she didn’t wanna wash them again.

The server didn’t know how to make what I asked and charged a huge amount and I declined HOWEVER when I went to pay she charged the regular amount and surprised me with what I originally requested!! Thank you very nice of you

Alexis was very pleasant and she made my pink drink perfectly, it was the best I’ve had at any location.

Don’t expect your coffee to be made right at this location. They never stir up the syrups and sauces and just left it at the bottom for you to do by yourself. I always customize my coffee with extra ice and even had to ask the worker if she added any ice (the coffee was somewhat cold as it was just taken out of the fridge but not cold enough). She replied yes even though there were no signs of any ice cubes and I was standing there watching her made it. It was too late for me to say anything once she had already put whip cream on top and handed me my drink. This is not the first time it happened but other locations were too far out of way. I really hope their management team get them back on training to make things right the way it should.
