Never had a problem with this location until today. My iced latte came with curdled milk at the bottom… Never been so disappointed and disgusted with Starbucks.

It’s a standard Starbucks, but the music is pretty loud and it makes it hard to focus.
The second time i’ve been there and no employees were present. When the employees did get there it was around 6:30 am a hour after they open and had an attitude with us for wanting a refund. the first time they did this they didn’t open until 11am. Really inconvenient and annoying how much it happens here!

Attempted to duplicate the review at "sbux.co/3uW8Bbs", but to no avail. Enjoyed my first visit to this location immensely. Josh went above and beyond with a jovial attitude that exemplified and radiated innumerable positive aspects of engaging customer service; an endangered species in the evolution of the industry. Store and regional managers, consider yourselves fortunate and do your level best to retain his talent.

The place was a bit dirty, we had to pick up trash from a table cause no one was picking it up. Keep in mind that it was not busy at all there was only 3 customers inside and 1 outside. The employee was nice to us and patient but the coffee I got tasted bad. The coffee beans were burnt so the coffee tasted burnt. I had an Iced caramel macchiato , but we didn't want to bother so we just drank it.

Check your gift cards!
I bought a $25 gift card for Mother's Day in early May. The barista did not put the money on the card. I sent the card to my Mom out of state as part of a gift. Today, she tried to use the card and there was no money on it.
I'm very upset and, since I bought the card more than a month ago, I no longer have the receipt.
Friendly reminder to other customers, double-check the balance on your gift cards before you leave the store and make sure the funds were added.

My drinks are so in consistent in taste here. Sometimes its really good/normal but sometimes the cold foam is totally just whipped cream and the taste is disappointing overall.
