This location has to do better than the experience I encountered, Disorganized and indifferent attitudes was my experience when visiting this location, it took 30 minutes for me and only 2 other customers to receive our orders! and when I received the dubai chocolate matcha it was sloppy bland, unappealing, and no thought put into making the drink enjoyable. UNACCEPTABLE.

BEST STARBUCKS EVER!!! The staff is so nice and welcoming. They always give me great tips on what to add to my coffee and make it perfectly. Every time I come my coffee is so delicious. They really go above and beyond and I can tell they’re working hard. This Starbucks gets really busy and they’re always working with a smile on their face. Long story short, no Starbucks tops this one.

Menu is the standard Starbucks coffee menu and all beverages are made to standard specifications. Staff exhibits spectacular customer service and have given a lot of understanding and extra attention. Bathrooms are well maintained and have pleasant odor, but is only available to patrons. Free WiFi is available.

If I wanted a full glass of whole milk, I’d order one but that’s exactly what it tastes like, about as good as the service (take that as you will). One person was actually making drinks while the other two stood around, completely useless, joking about the rapture.

Look, it’s a campus Starbucks on game day. I love this location and the employees are awesome, but let them rep the school. Walking in and seeing LSU spirit would be great. Letting them wear a jersey for game day isn’t a bad idea and as a student, I’d love it. I even offered one of my extra jerseys and was told they aren’t allowed. That’s just disappointing. It’s a college campus Starbucks and it’s game day.
