30+ minute wait for a mobile order with no communication.

They always forget my cold foam or give me the wrong one. If I wanted a full glass of whole milk, I’d order one but that’s exactly what it tastes like, about as good as the service (take that as you will). One person was actually making drinks while the other two stood around, completely useless, joking about the rapture.

Look, it’s a campus Starbucks on game day. I love this location and the employees are awesome, but let them rep the school. Walking in and seeing LSU spirit would be great. Letting them wear a jersey for game day isn’t a bad idea and as a student, I’d love it. I even offered one of my extra jerseys and was told they aren’t allowed. That’s just disappointing. It’s a college campus Starbucks and it’s game day.

It’s a standard Starbucks, but the music is pretty loud and it makes it hard to focus.

The second time i’ve been there and no employees were present. When the employees did get there it was around 6:30 am a hour after they open and had an attitude with us for wanting a refund. the first time they did this they didn’t open until 11am. Really inconvenient and annoying how much it happens here!

Josh went above and beyond with a jovial attitude that exemplified and radiated innumerable positive aspects of engaging customer service; an endangered species in the evolution of the industry. Store and regional managers, consider yourselves fortunate and do your level best to retain his talent.

The place was a bit dirty, we had to pick up trash from a table cause no one was picking it up. Keep in mind that it was not busy at all there was only 3 customers inside and 1 outside. The employee was nice to us and patient but the coffee I got tasted bad. The coffee beans were burnt so the coffee tasted burnt. I had an Iced caramel macchiato , but we didn't want to bother so we just drank it.

Check your gift cards!
I bought a $25 gift card for Mother's Day in early May. The barista did not put the money on the card. I sent the card to my Mom out of state as part of a gift. Today, she tried to use the card and there was no money on it.
I'm very upset and, since I bought the card more than a month ago, I no longer have the receipt.
Friendly reminder to other customers, double-check the balance on your gift cards before you leave the store and make sure the funds were added.
