My drinks are so in consistent in taste here. Sometimes its really good/normal but sometimes the cold foam is totally just whipped cream and the taste is disappointing overall.

My coffee was not hot and the cappuccino was all milk and no coffee. Didn’t realize this till I got back to my RV. The breakfast wrap was good.

So slow! I wated for about 15min for a chai they made wrong. Then another 20 minutes for them to remake it- after every other new customer orders were done. My husbands coffee came out immediately but cold. The food was quick and good, but the service and timing is not. My husband watched one barrista take my cup with the order and move it so no one would make it for a while.

Vyctoria (i think) was completely rude and dismissive after totally messing up my order. Don’t be mad at me because you made my order wrong. I get that yall are busy but that’s not my fault. Everyone else was super kind though.

There is no drive thru and you park like you park in a lot and have to a quarter mile to get in starbucks. Sucks before you had your coffee in the amWheelchair accessibility: They will fit and move freely.

Let’s you place a mobile order, at 6am, but when you drive up to pick it up, they are yet to be opened. They took the money, and took the mobile order, but are closed.

As usual the area was great. Not too crowded even being in LSU campus area. Clean, kind employees. Service and food is great.Parking: It was located behind the Starbucks but it was easy to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but again it's behind the building where the Starbucks is located.

My only problem with this location is the service and priority of in store orders vs mobile orders. I used to always place a mobile order and arrived about 10 minutes after placing, but you'll be waiting another 20 at least. I watched about 10 different people order and receive their food/drinks after I had placed my order on the app 30 minutes prior. They need to have a better system of getting mobile orders out quicker.

DO NOT LET THE OLD REVIEWS SCARE YOU OFF- 10/10 service!!!! There's this jolly, handsome tall guy and he's positive every time i come in, he really makes my day :) I think he's a supervisor. Overall, the team is always so kind and makes the best drinks i've tasted at a Starbucks yet. Sometimes there's a huge wait because of the limited staff with such a huge demand for mobile orders- a barista told me that they once received 20 drink orders within the same second. Crazy!!! When you go here, be patient with them and it'll be the best kind of experience. The environment itself is lively and active, and music is always playing upon arrival.
