My husband and I were at this particular Starbucks in Central, in the drive-thru. We got to the speaker and we were asked how we could be helped. My husband said that we had a mobile order for Brigitte (pronounced Briget). She told us to pull around. She must've forgotten that her headset was still on, and that the speaker was still on too. I say that because she began to make fun of my name. When my husband said to her, yes her name is Brigitte, the speaker suddenly went off. When we got to window and we received our food, I let her know that we heard and I gave her the correct pronunciation of name. I didn't appreciate this treatment at all. I am quite offended. I spend far too much money at Starbucks every week for this to occur. This is unacceptable.

Coffee was HORRIBLE.. Tasted like it had been sitting in the pot ALL DAY. They used to have to make a fresh pot every 12 minutes. I think they did away with that rule.
The coffee qualiry, flavor, smell, and appearance keep getting worse.

As always this location has the best Customer Service- I have to give a Big shout out to The Staff as a Whole- Today Blair took the time and made a recommendation to my favorite drink also showed me how to apply it to my Favorites on the app. KUDOS TO BLAIR- I LOVE THE ADDED TOUCH TO MY DRINK??????

I asked for a quarter of inch of milk with my trenta cold brew and he confirmed that he was going to do that but they still made my cold brew with a 1/2 inch or whole milk.

The service quality of the morning team is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time, especially Gordon! She is fantastic. She remembers her regular customers by name, greets them, and memorizes their favorite drinks. My husband messed up the order a few times (I like almond milk, and he ordered the Oat milk), and she caught the mistake each time and corrected it. This lady is incredible.Her dedication is truly commendable.

Used to be the absolute BEST! Unfortunately, it seems like most of the staff left and was replaced with a completely untrained staff. My orders been wrong the last 5 or so times, and today they helped the person in front of me and then told me they were closed an hour earlier than the scheduled close time.

I have never had a problem with Starbuck and am a loyal customer as we travel and visit stores all over the country. However, the manager at the store in Central, Rita, is rude and should not be in a management position as her customer service skills are very lacking, to say the least. I ordered on the app today and asked my grand daughter to pick up the order before I left town. We do this often and she is kind enough to do pick my order up for me. One of the drinks, however, was not handed to her at the drive through window. When she arrived at my home, I called the store. A young man answered and said he did not see the drink on the counter and it must have been given to someone else but she could drive back to the store and get one. I asked him if he could just refund my credit card, as I am not coming back that way. He said that he couldn't do that but could let me speak with a manager. Rita, "the manager", blamed my grand daughter but told me that she could give me a drink the next time I came in or I would have to come in to get a cash refund, otherwise I would need to call the app. Although it was inconvenient I understood but I informed Rita that I wasn't happy. Before I could explain why, which was because she took no responsibility for the mistake and instead blamed my grand daughter, she started ranting on the phone about how it wasn't their fault. Rita continued to rant on the phone, blaming my grand daughter and explaining to me how she should have known what was on the order and turned her car around after it wasn't handed to her at the drive through window. When I disagreed she said the "drink is on the counter". When I informed her that the young man I spoke with earlier said that the drink was not on the counter and must have been given to someone else. She then said she threw it away and sarcastically said "you don't want a cold drink do you?" At that point Rita became very defensive and argumentative even telling me that I was arguing with her, even though I couldn't get a word in. She kept saying that this was my grand daughters fault (she is 16 years old). I told her I wasn't happy and disagreed with her, explaining that this certainly wasn't my grand daughters fault. As a manager, she took no responsibility and never apologized for their mistake. I asked to speak with her boss (to complain about her) but she yelled over me and said she was the boss. I asked for the owners name and she continue to talk over me and accused me of arguing with her. I kept saying her name to try and interrupt her so that I could get her to tell me who the person above her is. The CC's that just opened will get my business in Central as this was the most unprofessional experience I have had with Starbucks and I don't believe the company should condone or put people in a management position that are obviously not trained or capable. Mistakes happen, but treating customers with such disrespect should never be acceptable.
