Went there to get my faves... Carmel Macchiato and Strawberry Cream. Was so disappointed (almost brought to tears) to find out that they discontinued the petite scones. They complemented the Carmel Macchiato and Vanilla Latte so good. Now I have to try the other sweets to find a new substitute (guess that means more trips to Starbucks).

Always consistent and on time when I do an online order. If online orders are off they're probably understaffed for the day so it may take a little longer for service as a warning.

My husband and I were at this particular Starbucks in Central, in the drive-thru. We got to the speaker and we were asked how we could be helped. My husband said that we had a mobile order for Brigitte (pronounced Briget). She told us to pull around. She must've forgotten that her headset was still on, and that the speaker was still on too. I say that because she began to make fun of my name. When my husband said to her, yes her name is Brigitte, the speaker suddenly went off. When we got to window and we received our food, I let her know that we heard and I gave her the correct pronunciation of name. I didn't appreciate this treatment at all. I am quite offended. I spend far too much money at Starbucks every week for this to occur. This is unacceptable.

Coffee was HORRIBLE.. Tasted like it had been sitting in the pot ALL DAY. They used to have to make a fresh pot every 12 minutes. I think they did away with that rule.

As always this location has the best Customer Service- I have to give a Big shout out to The Staff as a Whole- Today Blair took the time and made a recommendation to my favorite drink also showed me how to apply it to my Favorites on the app. KUDOS TO BLAIR- I LOVE THE ADDED TOUCH TO MY DRINK??????

I asked for a quarter of inch of milk with my trenta cold brew and he confirmed that he was going to do that but they still made my cold brew with a 1/2 inch or whole milk.
