Came here in the morning on 3/1/25 and I was shocked at how bad the customer service was I mean when she finally turned around from talking to a coworker to take my order she acted put out that she had to make my one drink. I understand she might have had personal stuff going on I worked at Starbucks at one point too so i understand getting annoyed sometimes so I remained polite and ordered a oatmilk shaken espresso and I saw her use the dairy milk and told her it was suppose to be oatmilk, she ignored me handed off the drink and walked off. I’m not suppose to have dairy but I was going to tough it out to get the caffeine and I Tasted it and i could tell the right amount of syrup wasn’t in there because I get this drink every morning so I had to try to get her attention to see if I could get at least 2 pumps in there and she told me it’ll be a 80 cent charge… like you made the whole drink wrong and I asked for the bare minimum for it to be fixed and your going to charge extra???! I was just extremely put off by this experience and I would highly suggest to train her on basic customer service skills or get someone else in there because y’all are definitely losing customers with it being like that
