This store is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in here the baristas are very commutative. They always talk to us and I never have to wait too long and if I do I'm always understanding if you go to any Starbucks, I highly recommend this one

I do mobile ordering 15 mins ahead of time because they are slow and still have to wait when I get there. Then today after waiting for my mobile order I get it go up the street to work my oatmeal is ice cold no oat milk was in it and the side items was wrong. Like I hate this location. I try my best to go an extra 10 mins out of my way to the Sherwood location then come to the Cortana location.

Do not go to this location. Batista have no respect and she is very rude. My drink was all ice , barely had any coffee. When I asked her was this my drink because it does not look like it. Her reply "how it supposed to look". Waste of money do not go to this location.

This is a fairly new location and I have to say this is honestly the best Starbucks in Baton Rouge I have came several different times of the day on different occasions and I always receive excellent customer service and the food and drinks are always made to my liking keep up the good work guys?
