This is the second time I have been to this starbucks.Absolutely horrible. The drive through is out the roof you have over
20 people in the lobby. They always take care of the drive through before they take care, they lobby people. They need a whole new management team, if you're that busy hire more people. Then never speak when you walk in. The second time going and had to ask for a refund again. The first time was in the morning at 5:45 am.

Rude people. I kind of understand, starbucks needs to put more people to work so they’re workers are not that overwhelmed and treating customers badly.

Poor service! do not make drinks correctly and will not remedy their mistakes. Either skimping on shots vs producing poor quality espresso shots but the coffee is not well made here like it used to be. The quality is poorer compared to other starbucks locations in the area. Will not be returning to this location.

Usually a good experience here. Took off a star because a couple months ago, the worker at the drive thru used 200 stars without asking on one of my drinks. Was upset, because I typically save up my stars for the more costly drinks. She used it on a $5 drink that I KNOW for a fact I did not ask for. I did not realize until after I pulled out the parking lot.

Other than that experience, they always make my drinks very well at this location. I'll drive past when there's a long line though.

90% of the time, I get friendly staff. Every now and then, you get the grumpy ones. But I love Starbucks, so I keep coming. Theres not much to say about the coffee other than they prepare it right every time. If it wasn't because of the "hit and miss" staff, I'd give it 5 stars. I'd still recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

i came this morning to grab my drink on the way home. after i was finished with it i saw something in it and tell me why there’s a GIGANTIC FLY in my drink?!?! i feel sick to my stomach!! DON’T come here unless you want bugs in your drink!!!!

I dont think they care about the review because if they care, it wont have a lot of 1 star reviews in this location but still want to post to let everyone know that there is a girl who always wear a mask with long black hair. I walk in with no customer in the store at that time, that girl come to take the order without saying hello or what can I get it for you?, she was rolling her eyes in front of me and don’t even say a word after that then slam the scanner in front of me. I heard that from the other customers who waiting for their order like me and I got that experience too. She should be fired. People always come to Starbucks to start a new day. I mean if you are not happy with this job, just quit, nobody force you going to work to give customers attitude then ruin their happy day. We are customers who bring money to starbucks everyday which paying their salary then received bad customers service.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this Starbucks
I just moved to Baton Rouge and I’m honestly so impressed with the baristas here.
I forgot their name but props to the barista that took my order today. I’m very sick right now but I really needed some water and Starbucks was the closest to me. I explained I was sick and I asked if they could leave my water on the window plane and the barista agreed and even wrote a note on my cup for me to feel better soon
Made my day as a fellow barista/manager
