Whatever they did to make customer better helped. Yes, I expect long wait times when there are only 2 working. That's ok and thank you for making my coffee taste amazing.

I’m a customer and a dasher, this location always take a long time but for dasher I was there for about 31 minutes wait for pick up for a delivered of $3.50, worker only was take walk in customer but now dashers. + one worker Attitude wasn’t the correct way to handle this long waiting.

app says order is ready. but in reality it hasn’t not even been made. the store is empty but barista wants to give me attitude lol

This location is very clean, and the staff is always quick to get the orders out. Pumpkin loaf was exceptional, as was the pumpkin, cream cheese muffin. Matcha latte was FIYA. Definitely the location to frequent on that side of town.

I don’t know her name, but the employee that took my order was the best. We bonded about us both being from Lafayette to what kind of chicken we like. I will be returning this weekend and yes, I’m will be passing up Port Allen’s ?

Starbucks is fun, the space is beautiful, everything is perfect, and the staff is fun and cute

Stopped by on my traveling through the area for business meetings as I am from Philadelphia. Not many seats inside and think more shaded outdoor seating would be a great add on for this location!

Came to this location and the signage on the door as well as Google says they were to close at 8PM. I arrived at 7:50 and the door was locked with 2 employees in the back. Another customer came after me and pulled on the door to discover the same. I called corporate, this kind of stuff is so frustrating, it’s a waste of customers time and gas. Very inconsiderate and I’ll be finding somewhere else to get my coffee.

Great place for small group meeting or if you want to have some me time with a relaxing vibe.

Great spot to get some work done while my son is in tutoring at studyville close by. Great coffee, very clean and the service was exceptional. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 on atmosphere is bc of how cold it was. I joked with the barista that I was the only one in there and everyone else was getting theirs to go bc of how cold it was. She said it's hard to keep a good temp bc its hot with the machines running, which I 100% get, but burrrrr!I'll definitely be back and it's not a huge deal, but a push up of a degree or 2 would be amazing. Lol...Overall VERY pleased!

I gave a 4 star rating because they don’t offer the coffee cup sleeves on all the hot items which is where they’re needed . I had to ask for it ,they gave it to me but I shouldn’t have to ask , common sense , the hot items is where the sleeves are needed. You pay 6 or 7 bucks for coffee and have to beg for a sleeve. Shame on Starbucks.
