Great venue, very welcoming atmosphere, super clean, with spacious indoor seating, outside seating, and free parking. Excellent to grab coffee and either a savory or sweet treat, and have an enjoyable me-time or meet with a couple of friends. Fast service and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The workers only spoke to me to get to get me to order from another worker who completely ignored me when I tried to order from her in the 1st place. Then, I went back to her, as directed, only to be completely ignored again.
Some people work.
The staff doesn't seem to have the capacity to work here.

The service is def noticeable, seems like helping customers is not a priority at this store and just zero sense of urgency. People are on lunch breaks or coming before work, waiting almost 25-30 minutes for a drip coffee is unreal.

Whatever they did to make customer better helped. Yes, I expect long wait times when there are only 2 working. That's ok and thank you for making my coffee taste amazing.

I’m a customer and a dasher, this location always take a long time but for dasher I was there for about 31 minutes wait for pick up for a delivered of $3.50, worker only was take walk in customer but now dashers. + one worker Attitude wasn’t the correct way to handle this long waiting.

app says order is ready. but in reality it hasn’t not even been made. the store is empty but barista wants to give me attitude lol

This location is very clean, and the staff is always quick to get the orders out. Pumpkin loaf was exceptional, as was the pumpkin, cream cheese muffin. Matcha latte was FIYA. Definitely the location to frequent on that side of town.

I don’t know her name, but the employee that took my order was the best. We bonded about us both being from Lafayette to what kind of chicken we like. I will be returning this weekend and yes, I’m will be passing up Port Allen’s ?
